    Service is bad. Hit deer on xway. Over 2 weeks to get car back. Car pulled to left from wreck now car pulls to right. Told device said repairs where done.... So pretty much told oh well. Aslo lied to many times. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE !!!! AND CHARGED 2 -500.00 DEDUCTABLE WHICH STATE FARM AND KIA LIED ABOUT

    Cannot talk highly enough about my experience here. I dealt with the owner Ric, and Morgan. Both were extremely courteous and I felt zero pressure. Ric... worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Definitely will be going back, and recommending to anyone in the market. Service department was great as well.

    My sales person, Linton, was pretty good. Knowledgeable and personable so the first part of the experience with the test drive was good- I would have given... 5 stars if the rest of the experience was good. However, I waited over 90 minutes for someone to finish my paperwork. 90 minutes with no explanation as to why I was waiting, no one checking on me, letting me know anything. I just bought a car and no one could acknowledge me. Then when Jason finally came to get me, there was no apology, just thanking me for my patience which was gone an hour ago. I had been there 3.5 hours and had a 45 minute drive back to Dayton. When there are so many dealerships that would have loved my business, I regret having given it to these guys. I would have left in a heartbeat but my ride left when I was assured I would be taken care of promptly. Still so angry....

    I enquired in detail about some CPO minivans they had in stock. I asked specific questions so that I wouldn't waste 3 hours of driving plus time at the... dealer. When I got there, I was disappointed in the condition of all four of the CPO vans. These were listed at $25,000 but they all had significant exterior scratches and dings. One even had a front bumper cover that was broken in half. None of them were detailed well with food and other garbage in cup holders and under seats. Kia should be very concerned that this dealer is presenting CPO vehicles in this condition.

    Due to an uneasy experience at another car dealership I was dissapointed and decided to wait before looking again. To make a long story short, a representative... from Superior Kia reached out to me to see if i was interested in looking at the vehicle i had viewed online..at first i thought it was a joke...that all kia dealers were under one head( if that make sense) but she( Heather) explained it to me exactly how it worked, that they were not the same, and that they had their own finance team and so on..so i said let me give this a try. I am so glad that i did because I left with exactly what i wanted. My sales guy..John Gaul is so awesome..he made my whole experience a positive one..even down to customer service! To anyone out there looking to purchase a vehicle..THIS IS THE PLACE! To the whole superior team..Keep up the good work! You made me a very happy customer!

    This was my first time buying a car on my own. Being a single mom, I expected to be greeted by salesmen who were looking to take advantage, but at Superior... it was respectful, honest conversation from the start. I was not the easiest customer financially, but the team worked tirelessly to get me a deal on a much-needed new minivan.

    Wonderful dealership. It was a busy Saturday but they still took great care of me. I travelled over 3 hours to this dealership, passing by many others... who would never give me a straight answer on anything. And frankly I saved at least $3000 by coming to this KIA dealership.
