    Bought a Lincoln MKS at Vic Bailey. Was told the keyless entry code would be on a card in the owners manual. About a month later decided to try the code.... No card! Went to the dealership and was told by the service department it would cost $100.00 to retrieve the code, and that it didn't matter that I bought the car there! I had purchased three cars there in four years. Never again.

    Found a truck I was interested in and sent them a message after hours. I received a phone call from Ashley the next day as soon as they opened. I told... her which truck I was interested in, and she told me to let her know when I wanted to come by and she would make sure it was still there. I texted her about an hour later to tell her I was on my way. I got there and the truck was pulled up front, waiting for me. The experience was then turned over to Abby, who was exceptional throughout the test drive and buying process. When it was time for financing, I was shown different warranty options, but I wasn't pressured into buying anything, which is a huge plus for me. The whole transaction only took about two hours, from the time I walked in the door to when I drove off the lot with my new truck. Definitely one of the best buying experiences I've ever had at a dealership, and I would recommend Vic Bailey to anyone!

    I requested information on a new Ford Escape. I was not in the mind to purchase, I just wanted to see what they were like. My late husband and I had looked... at one back in June, but never really took it for a ride or anything. We ended up purchasing another vehicle at that time. Since then, my husband had passed away and I was wanting to see what we had missed by not giving the car a chance, so I contacted Vic Bailey Ford. I got a response and went to check it out. I never made an appointment, just popped in. Brandon was the gentleman who responded to my online inquiry and Brandon was the gentleman who took care of me when I was there, there was no handing off of the customer at this dealership, which all most all of them do now. That was a definite plus in my book. So, Brandon showed me the 2014, just a tad bit pricey for this widow, but he brought me over to the used area and had a few 2013 that looked great! Mind you I was not looking to buy, This car had to be amazing, not to mention the service, in order for me to make any purchase at this point. I just hate the hole car buying process with all of the paper work and time required to process it. I took the car for a test drive, and was I ever impressed, I had never experienced a 4 cylinder with that much power. My concern is the ability for the car to manage the highway. There's nothing like getting on the highway and your car can't even get out of its own way. This one was great. So, they took a couple of minutes and looked at my trade. They gave me exactly what I wanted for it, very fair. I didn't bring any paper work for verification, nor was I asked for any. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I had ever had in my entire life. I highly recommend Brandon and the staff at Vic Bailey Ford for your next car purchase. Five Star all the way!

    I purchased a used vehicle on April 13, 2019. I usually don't purchase used vehicles but was looking for one now. I found one vehicle on the Internet... that I was interested in so I drove over just to take a look. I was soon talking to Nathaniel Beaver who is one of their sales people. My past experiences with other sales people has been that they are usually too pushy or trying to sell me something I do not want. Mr. Beaver was a nice change. I told him what we wanted to look at and he soon had the vehicle in front of us and my wife took a test drive and then I took a test drive and we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. My past experience has been that it was going to be a long day as I in the past have spent over 4 hours negotiating a price and I said I would never do that again. Well, good news, I didn't have to this time. Mr. Beaver and the sales manager made it a quick experience. Our negotiation took all of maybe 10 minutes when I was satisfied that the price offered was a fair price and we purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend Mr. Beaver to be your "guide" which purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. He never attempted to sell me something I did not want and he is very knowledgeable and can answer your questions you may have about a Ford product or a used vehicle.

    I bought a 2012 Honda Crosstour from these people the car was no good they sold me a bad car and then they charged me $420 to fix the car and the car was... still giving the same problem that they claimed they fixed the gave me a fake car fax on the car worst purchase I have ever made I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy a car from these people.

    Ashley and Sean were very helpful in helping find the right vehicle for my wife and I. It was a very quick process didn't take all day at the dealership... and they worked with my schedule as I had to be at work early. I will definitely keep them in mind for future vehicle purchases.
