My 6-hour roundtrip drive from my home in Georgia for service on my 2005 Subaru Baja was worth every minute! Before taking my vehicle into the shop their Service Manager, Janet Collins, actually took the time to phone my local mechanic to discuss the problem. Upon arrival at their facility I was warmly welcomed and my vehicle's issues were quickly diagnosed by a Subaru-certified mechanic. The required repairs began immediately and I was handed the keys to a loaner car for the day without even asking! Other dealers much closer to home had quoted estimates approaching $2,000. I walked out of Earl Duff Subaru with a receipt for $500 and a sigh of relief. I've been drooling over the new 2014 Outback V6 for months and, when ready to take the plunge, will purchase it from Earl Duff Subaru. Professional, courteous, honest, sincere and dedicated are words that sum-up the integrity of that dealership. Many Thanks!

I contacted the dealership today about the availability of a used car. My inquiry was made via email. The initial response time was excellent. I received a reply within an hour. However, the quoted price in the email was incorrect, and I had to ask why there was a discrepancy. Again, the reply came quickly and my question was answered. It was a mistake on the side of the dealership in that the price given in the email was not updated to reflect the current price. I went to get preapproved by my bank and prepared to leave for Knoxville to test drive and purchase the car. When I called to let the dealership know I was coming, I was told the car was already sold. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. Again, I emailed the dealership to ask if the car had sold this morning, only to find out that the vehicle was sold yesterday. That means that the salesperson did not take the time to check the inventory. When I inquire about the availability of a car, I expect it to actually still be for sale unless stated otherwise. I should not have to make several attempts to get the correct information.

Used internet to get competitive pricing on a new Subaru. They had a very attentive sales staff that gave honest pricing quote without the usual car dealer games. They were commutative and answer all requested for information right away and accurately. No games! Delivery was done (car ordered) as promised and the car systems were fully explained and demonstrated, It only took 15 min to complete the paperwork for the lease. A record for us. No upselling by finance manager another record for us. The closest dealership we visited was good until it came to pricing, the "Sales Manager" was very unprofessional and rude, will never go back. Our vehicle was recalled just after we received it. The service department did an outstanding job of getting the repair completed. Subaru handled the recall so much better than other brands we have had in the past. If you are in the market for a new Subaru Earl Duff is the dealership to visit. For a small dealership they have outstanding sales and service. If you live in the Knoxville, TN checkout Duff Subaru sure glad we did.
