I drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase an used vehicle. I didn’t accept the first proposal, requested $300 drop. The Sales Manager, Vince, refused my offer and... refused to talk to myself and my husband. Our salesman, Danny was very nice, but if the manager can’t walk across the showroom to talk to me after we drove that far, they don’t need my business. I find that very rude.

Waiting to get an oil change. Very disappointed with very few employees wearing masks. I don’t feel safe. I will not come back. Had my Lexus service... two days ago everyone wearing mask includeing workers and customers. Class act!

I was negotiating with them to buy a car form, Leah, via online, she was prompt to answer questions and no hassle negotiations. I would have purchased... the car if one didn't come available locally for the same price.

We have been going to Jack Schmitt Cadillac for over ten years. They look excellent care of two of our Cadillacs and a Buick. In all these years they... have always been fair and honest. In an industry that is rife with unscrupulous dealers and people, the staff at Jack Schmitt have been outstanding in their customer service. They treat all of their customers as if they are the most important customer they have. My husband lost his leg last year, and the owner and service staff have gone above and beyond to help us out. When we decided to sell our Cadillac, John Schmitt helped us to out get us a very fair price for the car. We recently decided our Buick was too small for us due to my husband’s wheelchair. John Schmitt did everything he could to get us the best trade-in for our Buick and gave us incredible deal on a used Cadillac XRS. They really do care about their customers. They have always treated us like family. That is why so many customer are repeat buyers over and over again.
