Pierce York is TOXIC
This salesman was horrible- had no interest in his stock- his customer service- or being even cordial. Do not even bother browsing at this dealership! Without my Husbands direction on specs for the truck we wanted- he couldn’t tell us anything about the vehicle without his cellphone as a reference.
very dishonest dealership
You want to avoid this dealership. Very dishonest. They practice “bait and switch” . They called me on 11/4/2019 agreeing to the price I offered on a used former rental car they had for sale. They kept asking me to come down to test drive the car, to which I responded that I was not interested in just coming to test drive a car, there was no point in coming down if the price exceeded my budget. Around 1:45pm I got a text saying they agreed to me offer and I can come down to pick the vehicle. I came down (11/5/2019), test rode the vehicle and asked the sales person (brian) to write up the invoice. It was then the drama started. They had problems with me paying 60 percent in cash and financing 40 percent via my bank USAA (I already had approval). Brian was now saying the price was $6,000 more and I could finance that $6000 with them. It’s a very dishonest dealership. I work as a real estate agent and trust is everything. If you want to travel far to this dealership before you come , make sure they send you an invoice so everything is written down
FAKE RADIO ADDS
This place is full of lies fake radio add they cant get you financed there an i asked them to call me back never did at all poor salesman an dealership my advice dont waste your time applying for a car loan here
Poor customer service
Drove over an hour jus to receive the worst customer service ever. They seemed to not even care if they sold me a vehicle or not and wouldn’t even appraise my trade in
Great Commitment to servicing customers
I was referred by my daughter who also brought her Kia there. Their committment to thier customers is great as they. Insist on making their customers happy. I am glad I went there and will referred others as well. Suggestion it would be nice if they also had tea as everybody does not drink coffee and maybe some cookies as the wait can be long.

I just contacted them via email about a car in their inventory...don't think I ever received a response. If I did, nothing came of it.

Best car buying experience I’ve had
We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!
We wentin looking and came home with our Kia Sorrento. Igore was our salesman abs he was awesome. Told him what we wanted and what price range we were in and the 2nd car he showed us we bought. No pressure, no haggling and fast easy paper work. We would defbut from Igore and Laurel Kia again.
