We purchased a 5 Series that had been a courtesy car. There was 6k miles at purchase. This was not my husband’s first BMW. He was the be the main driver.... Since my husband works from home, the car wasn’t driven as often as my Honda V6 Coupe. During the first winter the BMW car would frost up on the INSIDE windows. Since the windshield had been replaced, we were sure that it must have been a bad install and there was an air/water leak somewhere. Long story short - Towne blamed us for the problem. They said we must not be stomping the snow off our boots. We tried repeatedly to get them to remedy the problem. We traded that 5 Series in for a new 2019 Audi Sportback and will NEVER purchase from Towne BMW again. Our BMW salesmen was wonderful, BMW service was the worst ever.
Everything happens over the Internet now days. That is why I inquired about a used vehicle the dealership had listed. It took a number of days to even... respond. Would never bother again. There is somebody out there always looking for your business.
