Contacted them on a f350 and at first they were complying

Contacted them on a f350 and at first they were complying with my needs till they found out I was out of town and then I got the cold shoulder ended up letting someone else purchase the vehicle without giving me a shot at it the salespersons name was Lisa terrible place to do business

poor customer service

had problems with the service department shortly after i got the truck then when they contacted me on my lease turn in took them over 2 months to respond had to contact them in order to get a response very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lacking customer service after a sale

I recently bought a used truck from Richardson Ford. They were friendly and helpful to make a sale, but that is why they are there. I was told about how great customer service was as I was leaving with my purchased truck. I did find out the next day that they are unwilling to provide any real customer service after the point of sale on what I found out was a very common problem on the vehicle I purchased. It was a problem when I left the dealer parking lot, which was minutes after closing it for the day. I guess the next morning is past the expiration of customer service. I will not be going back.

Amazing Service and Professionalism!!!

Easiest and most convenient purchase! Steve Draves my salesman had the car delivered to my house given my busy schedule and took my trade in. Great prices cars and smooth transactions. Did all the leg work and earned my sale and confidence in them.

Disappointed

Bought over a dozen vehicles from this dealership! This week I was looking for a new or used vehicle They had the lowest trade in value of 3 dealerships I went to. I now have a new dealership and it’s not Richardson! The other dealership was great and worked with me, and I got the car I wanted and the transaction was much easier and faster than I’ve ever had with Richardson in standish!

Best of the best!!

I went to multiple dealerships with a very picky list of requirements for my purchase, and Richardson’s was the ONLY dealership that actually cared enough to listen, and didn’t real me in with a car that they “just sold” and try to send me off in something else. I was beyond impressed with the customer service, and the ease of the entire car buying process. They worked out a deal for me that was far better than any other dealership offered, let me drive my car for a few days before I purchased it so I could be sure it’s the one I wanted. I dealt directly with the owner, Larry, and Dennis at the ford store. There won’t be another dealer that will get my business from here on out. Richardson’s is worth the drive!!!

BETTER than the BEST!!!

After visiting about 5 car dealers in our search for a new truck, we were told about Richardson Ford by a friend. We drove into the lot and the rest is history. From the first salesman that greeted us, Mike, to the manager, Erick, who later spoke with us and helped us with our purchase, the demeanor and honesty of each of them was beyond anything we could have hoped for. We were given a price that was lower than other dealerships we visited for the purchase of the truck we were interested in. We got everything we asked for, and more. There were no games, no bait and switch techniques used on us. They also provided us with a free service we were not expecting. They picked up our trade in car from out of town at no cost to us. We left the dealership wondering if this could all be true. The service was so remarkable and things were going so smoothly. But when we returned once again, even more surprises awaited us. Without going into too much detail, time after time when questions were brought up or things were needed, everything was delivered in a sincere and trustworthy manner. We left with our new truck and a new perspective on realizing that there are truly dealers that not only care, but stand by everything they say from the time you arrive on their property, until the day you drive away with your new vehicle. We consider Richardson Ford to be not only a step above other dealerships, but it is, in our opinion, BETTER than the BEST!!!

I arrived on time for my appointment. The service people were friendly and promptly started the service process. After visiting with a salesman I went to the customer lounge. I opened up the manual to my new Ford F-150 pickup. Before I could open a page of the manual I was informed my car was done and washed and parked in front of the dealership. Everything I wanted done had been completed.
