The gentleman I worked with, AJ, was super easy to work with and got me in the truck I wanted. Although what I wanted wasn't on the lot at the time, I... didn't have to deal with some car salesman trying to get me in whatever was on the lot, even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Within a few days they had the truck I wanted on the lot and the buying process was painless. Thanks guys, I'll be back in 3-4 years when it comes time to exchange trucks again. Cheers!

Spent all day negotiating for a car, agreed to terms, and while waiting for the salesman to reply with next steps for me to purchase the car, they sold... it out from under me. Not good business practice.

I read the negative review of a customer from May 19, 2019. It could not be more off base regarding Royal's service. My family has purchased cars from... Royal Chevrolet since the 1970s and we have had nothing but good experiences through the years. I bought a new Tahoe from Royal last year and I have serviced there since I purchased it. The team is efficient, honest and they follow through on their promises. I have also used Royal Collision Center in the past. They have always provided excellent service and their repairs have been flawless. I have recommend friends, clients and family members to Royal for years and I have always received great feedback on their service and hand holding. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to provide a justified review of Royal's service based on 40+ years of great experiences with Sales, Service and Collision.
On July a purchase of a 2019 Malibu was made at Royal Chevrolet. Our focus was on the dealership, car choice and a price to fit our budget. Sales Consultant,... Craig Richardson, Jr's great people skills, knowledge of the vehicle and purchasing process made this experience pleasant. We thank the entire Royal Chevrolet team for being professional and kind. We accomplished our goal with the purchase of a new car.
The services was great I came in at 7:30 am and I was out by 9:30am like they promise. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

We purchased a Ford from a Chevy dealership ONLY because this truck was the truck my husband has dreamed of forever. This dealership is definitely " a... boy's club". I got the feeling that they are usually used to dealing with men and men having all of the say in a buying position. This time that was not the case. My 13 year old daughter even picked up on the fact that after even the first encounter, they only wanted to address my husband. After a day of contemplating to purchase or not , we decided to go back. We tried to negotiate the price by a hair and they were not willing to work with us because THEY CHOSE to put on brand new tires on the vehicle. Fast forward to a couple of days ago and there was a squealing coming from the truck. We were still under our 30 day warranty, so we called. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm on Monday (which only worked if I had an immediate ride back to work and they agreed upon when I scheduled the appointment. Dropped the truck off, was asked if they needed to contact my husband to see what the issues were (here we go again), I knew the issues. Waited over 30 minutes to get a ride back to work, I assume they don't offer loaner vehicles or at least I was not offered one and when I asked about getting a ride I was looked at me like I had 3 heads. Come to find out the brakes were low and so they replaced them. Funny, BRAND NEW tires, but bad brakes. Winston was polite, don't get me wrong, but polite doesn't get you a raving review. Personally, I would not recommend Royal to anyone and the fact that I encounter dozens of people a day throughout my personal business, that shouldn't sit well. P.S.- The finance guy, Mike was great at explaining everything. So, that was a bright light.
