Nueva SUV

Ok. But couldn't see what we wanted

They were nice, however their website said they had cars but then it turns out they were in transit so that really sucked. So apparently don't just show up to look for cars. You have to call them and find out if they really have them. The used car sitting in the lot also don't show prices.

Amazing Dealership and Salesman

Luis Ramos was my salesman . He was very courteous had all the information for me . The whole experience was fast and efficient and they were very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly . I would definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman. I will buy more cars from him in the future.

Had to bring my car in for multiple repairs. Austin was very chill and extremely helpful. Showed me exactly what was wrong, talked me through the options for getting the repair done, stopped me from having a minor panic attack, walked me through available payment options, and personally kept me updated on where my car parts were and progress of the repairs for the entire week after dropping it off. Pretty much anything to do with car repairs is stressful to me so I genuinely appreciated the extra effort; it really gave me peace of mind.

We recently bought a car and worked with Israel. He is, without a doubt, the best salesperson we have ever worked with! And I mean that literally. We did our research, found out that he had a multitude of positive reviews over the past 4 years, and requested to work with him specifically. We found out the reason for all of the positive reviews! He has excellent interpersonal skills and went out of his way to be helpful to us. After we talked with him for a short while, we felt like we had already known him for a long time. He is trustworthy and got us a good deal, no games. We also worked with Antonio in finance who was very good. They were both kind and honest, not something you necessarily expect at a car dealership. We will be repeat customers for sure. Our experience in the service department was also excellent. Max was personable, professional, and friendly. He gave us valuable information about how to best care for the new car that we had just bought. We will definitely be bringing our car back for service.

Horrible service. Drove 4 hours to meet with sales agent...

Horrible service. Drove 4 hours to meet with sales agent Nubia that promised to have the vehicle I was looking for. Talked to her all week about price and model. We arrive to her not even showing up, with a scheduled appointment. The new agent didn’t have all the information due to lack of communication. Nor did she have our preapproved paperwork that we did. Then, they sell me a car. The car I wanted that was promised to be delivered the next day. All the paperwork was signed with the VIN # to finally find out they couldn’t get me my palisades and kept putting me off for two more days. Finally after a promised delivery for a Monday date from our Friday visit to receive another call on Sunday to state the date for a Wednesday date and they were still looking. They kept promising and couldn’t produce. Instead of being honest they were horrible liars. Don’t waste your time! Spent 9 hours driving and 3 hours at the dealer for nothing.

Peter Yang

Both Peter and the finance mgr, Kevin went above and beyond “normal” service. They were kind, compassionate and understanding. It was the nicest car buying experience I have ever had. Sadly I was involved in a horrible car accident the following Thursday. I was going South on the 99 when I was side swiped by a semi and flipped onto the driver’s side. I was assisted out of the car via the rear. The airbags saved my life.
