    My wife, daughter and I went in on Saturday. We were greeted by Peter. I could immediately tell he was eager to help and he was. He asked several questions to help narrow my search. We finally settled on a F-150 Lariat. All 3 of us fell in love with the truck right away. We got to the point where we had to talk numbers. The preliminary numbers came back and of course, we were trying to buy too much truck. I sort of chalked it up to just being a bit premature and would need to save up some cash. I shook hand with Peter and started walking towards the door. He asked me if i'd look at other options. I hadn't really considered this, but really wanted a new truck, so I said sure. We settled on a XLT. The price came in under my budget and was a great truck. I signed all the paperwork and took it home. On my way home I looked at the truck next to me at a stop light and it was the truck I originally wanted. Ugh! I took Sunday to think things over and decided to take the truck back and wait until i had the money to buy the right truck. I called David Galbraith(sales manager) and told him what was going on. He immediately jumped all over it. He asked for some time to see what he could do. By the end of the day, I had the truck I wanted. It was a different color, which ends up being a good thing. I had to pay a little bit more, but it was very liveable. The teamwork, concern to make me happy and attention to the details by both Peter and David were OUTSTANDING! I can't remember a time being so happy about my new vehicle. Great work fellas, you've earned our business for a very long time to come.

    I recently brought my 2013 Ford Edge into the Service Shop and long story short, I will never go anywhere else. Trevor Bloom, the Service Adviser that helped me, was extremely helpful. My Ford Edge needed a new PTU and Trevor walked me through the whole process and eased all my worries. My car was done the day after I dropped it off and still can't believe how friendly, supportive, responsive, and well-versed Trevor was. Definitely recommend.

    Groove Ford has a great potential to be a top notch dealership. Instead they choose to squeeze every penny from even their most loyal customers. Groove like to trip over dollars to get to pennies. They will add dealer markups even to those who have spent thousands with them. Groove has a weird status when returning phone calls or addressing customer issues. It appears they just don't call you back unless they are certain they are getting a sale on the call. Too bad, the facilities are excellent.
