Beware of this dealership. Stay far far far away, there are honest dealerships elsewhere who sell better cars. Their advertising is deceptive, under no... circumstances give them any money for a deposit. Bryan, Robert and Dee are not to be trusted. They will say anything to get you to buy. We have bought many cars in our lifetime and never have we had such a bad experience as we had with NBS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
I saw a nice car for sale on the website and went to see it at the showroom. The car was in extremely poor condition and NBS only justification was that... this car was only in consignment with them. Avoid this dealer!
I have been looking for a classic luxury class car. I had several questions regarding some of the cars they have in inventory, I was pleased how quickly... that I had received a prompt response to all of my questions. I hope to close a deal with them on a car soon. I am impressed with their professionalism I would recommend shopping here first, As they have a excellent selection of high quality classic cars!
I needed to trade in a car in order to buy my bucket list car so I came down to see if I could trade in a minivan that I no longer needed for the El Camino... that I always wanted. Well they first checked out the van and said they can take it as a trade I was ecstatic. I thought it was a gamble because they really don't seem like they would want it to sell next to a Ferrari or '57 Chevrolet. Well they gave me a reasonable trade in value considering the condition of the van and then we talked about what car I was drooling over and that was the red El Camino. They really cleaned it even the bottom looked fresh and clean ( they have a lift there and offered to show me the bottom). So it was no brainer a reasonable trade in value on my van and a fair price on the El Camino. They were really helpful on showing me the car and even before I got there when I called them on the phone. I wanted to know the rear end gear ratio and they reached out to the previous owner and in 24hours I got my question answered. So I really liked dealing with the two staff members there as they were understanding of my need to really get to know the El Camino so I knew what I was getting. I can't recommend them enough for a place to buy a cool ride.
I wanted a muscle car and was looking for a Chevelle and they had what I wanted. I was able to go to the showroom and all I can say is WOW!. Huge place... they said it is literally the size of a foot ball field under one roof. The cars are beautiful prepared. They just seem to know how to detail a car and polish it like they are showing the car at a car show to get a trophy. It made it easy to choose this Chevelle over others I had looked at. Now came the the "fun part"... negotiating. OK so usually that is not the best part of the buying process but they made it easy and I got a fair price on the car so everyone was happy. They were responsive to me when I kept emailing them questions and texted questions. Usually the sellers I have pestered like that got tired of responding and the response time slows down. These guy were quick and kept me interested in the Chevelle they were selling. Overall they were super knowledgeable, responsive and patient/friendly. I dealt with several of the staff there and they must all be trained the same way because they all were great and easy to deal with. Dee is the owner and is super nice guy even if he has corny jokes ( just kidding Dee ; ) You won't be disappointed getting a car from NBS AUTO SHOWROOM.
emailed three times to get info on a mulsanne. No one ever called me. Called them, a nice guy said it was on consignment and needed to talked with the... owner to make sure he still wanted to sell. He never called me back. I called again and was told it was sold
