Purchased a car from them on line (Ebay). I'm an experienced collector/buyer. I paid for the car and had it shipped to me in California. The car was GROSSLY misrepresented and arrived in a dangerous undriveable condition. It had multiple bad fuel leaks... would not start run or drive and required thousands in undisclosed repairs despite being represented as a turn key driver in excellent running/driving condition. When I confronted the salesman (Donny) professionally about the issues, he had the owner call me... he proceeded to curse me out and threaten me using racial and homophobic slurs. I also never received the title/paperwork on the car. I have bought and sold hundreds of cars on line... this was by far the worst experience ever.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I showed up here not expecting to qualify for financing, because of low credit, but they were willing to work with me to get me into a vehicle. The staff was friendly and professional, and there was none of the "pushy salesman" tactics or attitude present. They made me feel welcome, and were very patient with me while we went through the process. I went back to them about a week later to request help with some unexpected maintenance costs, after exhausting all of my other options. To my surprise, Jack (boss), was willing to help me out. He sent me over to a local auto shop who not only provided a second opinion for the work a different mechanic recommended, but was willing to make arrangements for me to make payments on it. Having said that, I want people to understand that when you buy a vehicle from a used car lot, it's going to need at least some basic maintenance done. I do not in any way feel like Car Werks sold me a "bad" vehicle just because it needed something other than an oil change or an air filter. These folks have been so awesome in their efforts to help me out, that they deserve more than just a 5-star rating. A big THANK YOU to the folks at Car Werks Missoula!
Strongly advise to be very cautious when buying
I bought a older truck with less then 140 thousand miles from them and the motor was shot ended up buying a motor two weeks before my 40 day tag expired I I notify the owner of the dealership and he said he'd get back to me but it took a week and a half of me calling once a day sometimes twice a day for them to tell me that they were passing the buck to the previous owner and he wasn't going to do anything about the motor and neither were they and said that I could bring the truck back and take my old one that was the only thing they would do mind you I already put the new motor in the truck so I suggest if you are looking for a vehicle to take it to a mechanic first before you buy anything there

Great doing business with these guys! We were from out of town and they made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. They were completely honest and wanted to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. They even went out of their way to have it detailed, oil changed and tires rotated. Should have waited ...
Bought my car a few months ago . Broke down almost immediately. They helped fix it whichwas Above and beyond , but right after l got the car back , found out that the timing belt , water pump needed to be replaced . it will end up costing me $ 1,000 to get that fixed on top of all the other problems . l know Cars have responsibilities . but everything to go bad at the same time. Yay for paying over $300 a month to not bearded drive my car. Oh well, live and learn I guess. Now to pay it off so l can get a car that actually runs. Only 18 more payments to go! Gah! But other than that . Carwerks Customer Service was great, worked with my horrible credit, JustWould never byanoahn car from them again '
