VERY POOR BUYING EXPERIENCE...SALES AND SALES MANGER NOT HELPFUL AND DONT REPLY BACK...HAVE TO WAIT 1 WEEK TO GET A REPLY BACK THAT IS ONLY 3 WORDS " ... LET ME CHECK " ...FROM THERE NOTHING AT ALL...NEVER EVER CALLING THIS STUPID PLACE ANYMORE .

I went in looing for a new CLA and had been in contact with the Internet Manager Gabriel. He greated me at the door, thanked me for my business and quickly... offered me a complimentary paistry or coffee/water. He then went over everything I was looking for in the vehicle and showed me the exact vehicle that would match my needs. After I test drove the car he asked me more questions to ensure this was the vehicle for me. Not once did he rush me into numbers but actually took the time to ensure I was making the right choice. To my surprise the C-Class was actually more appealing to me. Gabriel went through the features and benefits of the C-Class and I ended up getting that car instead. He was very polite and honest, there was no back and forth on numbers and for that I am most happy. I will only buy cars from Keyes European as long as Gabriel is there to sell them to me.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Unprofessional and rude people. I am leasing a mercedes since August 11th 2019, Keys of Van Nuys dealership. During the... transactionI traded in my car. According to the contract and to the financial rep Alex I was supposed to get a check of $4500 in the mail within 5-7 days. After over two weeks and no check I called numerous times and was put on hold, hung up the phone on, had to listen to rude "Mercedes company representatives" or so called because at this dealership they don't know the meaning of customer service. I am being harassed now by one of the sales managers Brian Sheldon ( I do have numerous iPhone texts and calls). The issue was that the title of my car was not signed. I do have a very busy schedule and could not return to sign the title (even though they never called to let me know why my check was not mailed, I had to wait for over two weeks and then called numerous times). After so many unpleasant discussions I got the title, signed it and returned it. I made myself clear about mailing the check to me after the titles was received. Again the sales person Tygran and the so called sales manager Brian Sheldon texted/called me to go and pick up the check. I wished I could post a picture here on this review. I got a text message from the sales manager Brian Sheldon with a pic of his face holding my check and laughing. I don't understand why it is so much fun for them, it is because of my frustration? Again, I asked for the check to be mailed as it was supposed to be instead the sales manager keeps calling and texting calling me "rude person etc". Is this customer service? I wished I never went to the Mercedes dealership. Am I happy with the Mercedes? No, I am not. Four weeks later I don't have a check and I am being harassed by some uneducated sales persons. At this point, I contacted an attorney. Will take this harassment to the court. I spoke with other people at mercedes Barbara, Rosean and nothing has been done. The Mercedes corporation does not care who represents them? My advise to anyone who wants to buy a merceds is to stay away from the Key of Van Nuys dealership. Why is the company holding my money? I don't even like to drive this car anymore. The worst experience ever.

Just picked up my S63 Convertible! Could not believe the deal I got ...STILL thinking i am going to get a call asking for the car back ..haha. Loveeee... my car had so much to chose from and the Salesman did all he could to get me the car for a steal! Getting my Mom a car next and you know where I will be going for a Mercedes.
Was at Keyes last weekend looking for an S class. I hate dealerships and the whole "buying" process so I dealt with a Fleet Manager in Internet. The smoothest... clean transaction I have experienced thus far buying cars. No pressure and I had a lottt to pick from and boy am I picky! Gorgeous dealership but better yet negotiable prices once I got there I got what I wanted! Will refer everyone here , if you want the deal of the year go here.
Stay away from this place worst customer service these people should be selling used cars in Tijuana. I bought several cars from there in the past and... I referred several friends to them they don't understand any loyalty I would stay away from these people worse worse experience of my lifetime.
I just have to say one thing that this dealership ruin the reputation of Mercedes Benz.
