Was looking for a vehicle unexpectedly due to my vehicle getting totaled by the flood a few weeks ago. No intention of buying a car but had no choice.... Wanted something reliable. Went to Chula Vista dealers, National City and Kearny Mesa. Shan the person who greeted us at Pearson Ford was very nice and not pushy at all.... He made the deal for us and the next day everything was done in less than 3 hours. Excellent facility as well... Totally recommend these guys...
I've had my Ford Taurus 2014 recently serviced at Penske Ford and was helped by John Beck who is always friendly, professional, and answers any questions... or concerns. My Husband and I have known John for many years and we appreciate his knowledge and expertise with excellent customer service. We plan on continuing to return for services assisted by John Beck because he follow-ups with us and we are completely satisfied with the work done on our cars throughout the years.

Felipe was the reason we bought at Penske. He was knowledgeable and efficient, patient, personable and professional. He is a real asset to your dealership.... I am concerned, however, about the cracking around the front shock pushings per the Repair Center. Also, the towing hitch on the truck will not accept standard safety chain hooks on standard trailers. I had to go out and buy D-rings to make it work. But the truck, assuming I could remedy these two issues, is the best ride I've ever owned. I've owned a F150 since 2004 and found this truck highly superior. Ford trucks have come a long way baby!Thank you again, Felipe, for my individual needs.
Generally a pleasant experience, happy with car and price. Only one complaint. The steering wheel leather has sun damage from sitting in the sun for months.... Wondering if it can be replaced?
Everything went well with my service but I tried to schedule an appointment for my transmission and was told to call a number. I did.. Several times and... was put on hold. Asked if i could just do it there at the service department was told no. Kinda irritating.
Very prompt, courteous, and professional. Getting a free rental car for two days was an unexpected bonus.
