    Honestly it was a very deceptive experience since first minute i step there. First of all : Car was advertised as CERTIFIED on their adds. There was no... DENT, no scratch, nothing over the pictures.. I called and said i will be coming down from Mass to check the car and what would be the best price to get it, we negotiated the final price and i gave my info for pre approval on financing. I gave a huge amount as down payment..my sales person was Sage (very young and respectful) and the JIM (manager i guess) who gave me the final price. I confirmed with SAGE if the car was certified by phone and he said he would check, went back and confirmed it was. Asked me many times to come tomorrow and see the car to make the deal.. Can you imagine already what happened when i got there? Yes, car wasnt certified. It was a lie. Not only the car wasn't certified, the car had dents that wasn't reported on the pictures. I already drove 1:30h to see the car now i had to drive back or get a better deal on it. JIM didn't want to give me a better deal and just said "im sorry it was a mistake on our system". Of course it was.. When i start running the finance breakdown, i noticed numbers didn't match.. They wanted me to sign 72months when i never ever requested it. 199 dollar fee for "glass vin" was hiding inside the financing that i never requested. Bill of sale had different numbers than the real sale price of the car. Had to go back and forward with the financing breakdown many times because i was finding wrong info on it. The person who did the financing paperwork wasn't even there, so my sales person couldn't really change much things. Spoke with Jim why this car wasn't certified he couldn't give me a answer. Nice. I said at right first minute that i needed the car registered for the next day as i went there on a Thursday and i need Weekend to work with it. I said i will buy the car after 5 hours of fixing and resolving things IF they guarantee me that they will get this car registered next day and email me the registration. Know what happened? Yes. They didnt. They lied again. Called next day, Jim, of course, didn't pick up his phone. Called Sage, same thing. All voice mail. Spoke with another female manager and she said that JIM left a bit earlier today thats why... so i asked her what is the follow up for the registration she dint knew and said she will get my phone number and call me back after she find out. This was almost 1h ago. Its 4:16pm now on a Friday, i lost today, Saturday and Sunday of work. At the end, they lied about car was certified, they lied about registering the car today, they never spoke about the dents on the car .I was a client and i couldn't keep what happened only for myself. Now that you know what happened to me, be prepared. Its unbelievable what people can do to sell a car.

    recently purchased a 2011 Camaro from Gengras. Most of the transaction was worked out over the phone/email. The internet sales rep was very helpfull and... fully disclosed all issues with the car so that there were no surprises. I made the 3 hour trip, and within 2 hours was on the road home with my car.

    My overall experience was superb! Michael Facey was very polite and easy to deal with. I actually hate car shopping but Michael made it both painless and... enjoyable. He was patient, low pressure and always smiling which made the experience quite relaxing. Thanks for all your help Michael! I love my new suburban!

    Michael Facey was great to deal with. He was polite and listened and really understood my needs. Michael Facey spelled everything out and ran around... like a chicken with his head cut off to ensure I was in and out in a timely fashion. He was sincerely apologetic when I told him I was "hit on" by the finance gentleman who knew I was VERY married and he himself was wearing a wedding band. That made me very uncomfortable. Michael Facey handled it with gentlemen like behavior and I would go to him again!!! He was awesome. Even called and texted the next day to see how things were going.

    Bought a used car, and at first the service was really good, but there were a few fixes that the car needed. they said it would be a max of 10 days...... we are over 18 days now and every time I call, they do not call back when they say they will, and have not fixed the problems yet. one of the fixes was for my windshield and the piece that needed fixing came flying off on the highway. when I called and told them that, they said I would get a call right back.. and still nothing

    Terrible... they “competitively” price their cars and under value your trade in by thousands of dollars. First, we requested pictures of a car we saw on... their website, never sent us the pictures. After driving 2 hours, they raised their car value up by $1k and under priced my trade in by $4k. The sales manager told us “I never told you to come to us”. They are not friendly and will laugh as you walk away from their offers. The most unprofessional sales manager I have ever dealt with.

    I am a CT native. I retired and moved to NC. I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox at Gengras in E. Hartford, CT with the help from Sam Mozzicato. I talked... to Sam on the phone. He guided me through the entire process. Then we both went on Gengras.com and found the exact vehicle I wanted. I flew up to CT and went right to Gengras Chevrolet. I met Sam he had the vehicle prepped ready and waiting for me. We completed the paper work in a short time. Sam took his time and showed me all the features of the 2018 Equinox. Sam Mozzicatto and the other employees at Gengras were all professional and helpful. The buying experience was smooth and easy. I will tell everyone who will listen to go to Gengras Chevrolet and see Sam Mozzicatto if they want to buy a Cheverlot.

    Each time I have my vehicle serviced I am greeted with smiling friendly faces. Everyone in the service department is kind and makes you feel comfortable.... I am consistently talking to my family and friends about Gengras Chevrolet and when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle I won't go anywhere else.
