    I asked the salesman Carlos to show me the vehicles features and to check that everything worked but he responded that they had done 100 point test, so... I didn't have anything shown to me. When I had gone to financing I made it clear that I was not putting any cash into the transaction but when the paperwork was ready for signature they had taken approx $4000 of my equity and bumped the price of the vehicle up.

    I purchased a car in November of 2019m a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, and drove it to my home in Mo. I got home and my 2019 used car with 14,000 miles started... leaking on my driveway, so I took my car to the dealership in St. Louis and the dealer said whoever I just bought the car from put an oil filter on my car and did not use a Mitsubishi filter, and they forgot to put the gasket on it also, so it leaked. They said it had to be a dealer-issued oil filter or they could not cover the warranty. The dealer said I would have to pay for the oil change of 59.99. so I called Johnny Legends and told them that the car had the leak, and I had remembered that they changed the oil and filter right before they got it ready for me to take home; they said bring the receipt with me when I came back to Vegas, and they would reimburse me . Also I had to tell them that the DOR said that they had Illegally charged me for the taxes on the car because when I went to get the plates the DOR said I had to pay the taxes to them because that is where i got the plates. So again, I call J. Legends to tell them, and I have to bring my reciept back to them when I come, and they will reimburse me, and they did. In addition, while I was buying the car, the sales people said that I had a warranty left on the car of about 85,000 miles, so I would have warranty; however, they also emphasized that I needed to buy an extra warranty also to cover all the car no matter what happened. This extra warranty would cover everything on the car. They wanted $4,500.00 to pay for the extra warranty. I said I'm not going to pay that much; then they said we could get it for $3200.00. Again I said it was too much, then they said I HAD to get it, and they would give it to me for $2300.00. This was a great deal, the sales person emphasized, he said that they were giving this to me at the employee price. And then everything would be covered no matter what happened, and I would have 185,000 miles of warranty now. Then the next month I'm driving and the dash board light is coming on, and the light comes on and says airbag needs immediate service but then goes out but every so often goes back on , probably drove it for a couple weeks like that . Then I started thinking maybe the airbags will go off while we are driving and that could kill us . So I took the car to the dealer in st louis, and they said they found out what was wrong: the wires to the back seat airbags had been cut but whoever did it tried to tape them back together, and airbags are ruined when the wires are cut because the computer can not make a connection and the airbags would have to be replaced ,but I would have to pay for it because someone had cut them they weren't damaged by the workings of the car. It would cost me $4000.00---$5000.00; the warranty would not pay because someone had cut the wires . I called Johnny Legends and talked to 3 managers, and then the Owner and every one said they did not know what to do but would call me back after a meeting . Each time a different manager said he would call me back but never did . Then I called back the 5th time and got the manager who I first talked to almost 1 1/2 months before I got a reply and the first guy said they decided that they could not have the warranty cover it because it was not broken when they sold me the car??????? I did not know that the oil was leaking when I bought it, but they covered it now when someone from their service dept messed up bad now they say I have to pay for it , so I want to know if I paid all that extra money for all coverage on the car, and it does not get covered then I want my extra money for the extra warranty back. I have never seen such a bunch of shisters like these guys . I want everyone to know what kind of flim flam people they are . I wpould not reccommend anyone buying a car from Johnny Legends Dealership. BAD BUSINESS

    Came into the dealership with the intention of just looking. Was helped by both Marina and Martin who were very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested... in. Marina’s enthusiasm and Martin’s honesty led us to find a car both my husband and I agreed on. Chuck was also helpful in trying to get us financed. Overall great experience! Definitely recommend!

    This was the second dealership my husband and I visited, we met Ed and we had a very good connection, the offer for our trade was fair and the whole transaction... took about one hour. Great experience! Thank you Ed, we highly recommend Johnny Legends.

    I want to start by saying that I am not local to Las Vegas. I live in a small community within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I have never purchased... a vehicle that wasn’t local and that I have not seen in person. The car I purchased from Johnny Legend’s was my dream car and the only one like it in the country, so I really had no choice. I was nervous and very skeptical about everything that I was about to embark on. The first step- I called Johnny Legend’s when they opened on a Monday morning and spoke with Jerry Lafrano who is the General Sales Manager. He knew the car very well and answered every question I had without hesitation. He was very thorough and responsive. At that moment, I committed to purchase the vehicle (still a little nervous about the whole transaction). At the time I didn’t realize Jerry was the GSM. He told me Marina Gonzales would be in touch with me shortly to discuss the next steps and the procedure moving forward. Marina called me and during the conversation, my whole demeaner changed for the best. I felt so comfortable dealing with her that my nerves changed from being worried and a little apprehensive to joy and excitement. When I say that Marina was in constant communication throughout the entire process from the original phone call up until the car was delivered in an enclosed transport and title was accepted by me would be an understatement. I have never done business with any individual like her. Marina was great in every way!! There are absolutely no holes in their process, and you can accredit the employees that are hired at Johnny Legend’s for that. I especially want to thank Jerry Lafrano and Marina Gonzales for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I appreciate anyone else who was a part of this wonderful experience. I highly recommend Johnny Legend’s when you’re in the market for your next vehicle.
