I just leased an outback touring, and my salesperson Angie explained all the technical assistance needed with outstanding knowledge. Even the walkaround... was painless and Angie was very patient with me.

My oil light had come on and asked them to squeeze me in despite it being a very busy day for them. I mentioned there was a weird engine sound that I... was getting but knew I'd probably have to make a second trip to get it attended to. They did an oil change, tire rotation, etc. and then found and fixed the source of the noise (broken clamp). They were fast, professional, and very fairly priced. Getting into a freshly vacuumed car was the icing on the cake. Great place. Am switching to them as my preferred service provider.

Run far away from these shady, lying characters that call themselves salespeople. On November 17, I had the displeasure of going into Westchester Subaru... and dealing ODEH HASSOU. I was nearing the end of my lease on our legacy and was looking to finance a crosstrek. Odeh quoted me a monthly price of $460 a month with $5000 down for a crosstrek with moonroof and leather seats (he conveniently never provided a Vin number). I told him I needed him to work with me as I wanted a payment more in the $430-$440 range. He came back at $454 a month and said that he could talk to his other manager was a little bit more aggressive in the pricing and maybe get me some customer loyalty points seeing as how I’ve been a long-time Subaru customer.(I owned a Subaru prior to moving to NY and have had 2 leases with them as well).I returned my car to RyeSubaru since its where the lease for my car originated. In trying to retain my business , Rye told me that I should confirm the pricing I was being given because Westchester Subaru has a habit of: 1-“forgetting“ to include taxes and the price or 2- when you meet with finance they tell you you didn’t fall in the particular score to get that particular financing amount so that’s why the price is higher or 3- they switch the cars out on you and give you a lower model than the one you’ve been originally quoted without discussion or disclosing that. Feeling concerned I contacted Odeh to confirm pricing. I only only told him about the first two things Rye Subaru said. He assured me that none of what they said is true and the good news is they are able to meet me at $438 a month for a crosstrek for 60 months financing. When I asked if it was the same exact car and he said no it was a model that would be $2000 less and not have a moon roof etc. basically pulling move 3 on me. I am absolutely floored and disgusted by the treatment that I have been receiving from Westchester Subaru. Subaru likes to pride itself on being a trusted brand and customer satisfaction, as well as enjoyment and peace of mind to customers. I have received none of the above from Westchester Subaru and Odeh. Matter of fact Rye Subaru seems to be no better at willingly throwing another car dealership under the bus in order to retain my business. In all my previous purchases I’ve always felt a certain conference in dealing with Subaru and this is the first time I actually feel like I am dealing with the most bottom barrel car sales people that have ever existed on the planet without a shred of common decency and honesty and their bodies. Even after I told Odeh I wasn't ok with his bait and switch and I had no interest in working with him I continue to receive random standard emails from him offering his assistance in purchasing a vehicle. I would NEVER recommend Odeh or Westchester Subaru to anyone.

Shopping for a used car is always a challenge for me because of my many allergies. Jeremy Abramson had Leonardo Didonna and Han Jang line up cars that... met my qualifications and they gave me time to sit in each one until I found one that did not trigger an allergic reaction. Previous dealers just made snide comments about how Subaru owners all have dogs and use air freshener so I can't expect to find a used car that met my needs. It was a pleasure to work with people who were accommodating and caring.
