Twice Is Nice

The overall staff was very friendly and this is my second time purchasing a Lexus. Awesome trade in experience from beginning to end. They even have me on the schedule to buy a new car in 3 years around my birthday. 😂

SUPER SMOOOOOTH CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

Need a smooth, hassle free transaction? Ask for Sam Banks! He's amaaaazing! I reached out about an "unheard of low mileage" 2015 Camaro SS. Sam got back to me immediately. I was kind of hedging because it was an hours drive but Sam went above and beyond with a personalized video about the Camaro. I was on my way to see the Camaro that afternoon. It was everything Sam said and more! They have super clean inventory - no hoopties here. Sam was super nice, friendly and accommodating. No pressure whatsoever! No need to haggle, the price was very fair and they gave me more than anyone else for my trade-in. Plus my credit is a little low but they still managed to get me an excellent rate. I'm very, very pleased!!

Disappointing Experience that speaks volumes ..

I inquired about a 06 Lincoln MK LT and receive many xxxxxxand an email from the manager that said the leather seats were perfect. I flew to Dallas to check it out. The drivers seat was ripped on the seam and pass seat has a golf ball sized hole. I am a Triton tech. This engine had a miss and a hesitation at start from a stop. They would not budge on price. Finally agreed to take it to an expert that certifies Ford/Lincoln warranty work. He found sludge in the top of engine, it failed a 3 minute run-up test and he found body work, signs of abuse and poor maintenance. Told me to run away from it. The dealership left me standing in their parking lot, no ride back to airport. Two days later the truck is $2200 cheaper and "certified pre-owned" . They are not a Ford/Lincoln dealership and the truck is 14 years old. It doesn't qualify for a dealership CPO designation. There is no extra warranty or extended coverage. This dealership is shady at best and is not representing this vehicle properly. It will be a headache for someone that doesn't know any better. The Carfax had little data and some discrepancies. They could not produce an OASIS repair history because they're not a Ford/Lincoln dealer. I found a truck at a Ford dealership with a perfect service history on Carfax and the OASIS report. Be very cautious at this dealership Allen Samuels Direct and bring a mechanic with you if you can . Pay close attention to Carfax maintenance history. The dealer did say the mechanics are a 3rd party contractor at the moment and they are looking to change to in-house service.

Went to try and get a car and got the run around why I couldn’t after being told of a special of that’s allegedly going on so my credit was ran for no xxxxing reason

Great Experiencing Started from 152 miles away

I've been looking for a Tundra 1794 Edition. When I found a 2014 with 50K miles for a few thousand dollars less than comparable ones at Autotrade and Cars.com, I was skeptical. Sam Book at the Euless facility returned my call and was eager to help. I asked lots of questions and for more pictures. If he didn't have the answers, he went and got them. Pics came flowing in really showing me details I wanted to see before driving 152 miles one way to test drive. Sam even drove the vehicle and gave a glowing but accurate assessment. So, I asked Sam to hold the vehicle. He set an appointment for 2.5-3 hours later but couldn't "hold" the vehicle. He confirmed with all the other salespeople that a sale wasn't imminent, and he "held" the keys in his office. Sam, his boss and finance were helpful and responsive when a couple of small items needed correcting on the vehicle and with paperwork. Just got home with the new Tundra and love it. I highly recommend Allen Samual Direct in Euless.

Easy to deal with and quick turnaround!!

Process was very simple. I didn't have to haggle pricing and ended up buying 2 vehicles the same day. They had the paperwork ready, I signed and was out of there within an hour after deciding what I was buying. Awesome place!!

2014 Gran Turismo

Tom, Mike and Josh we’re great! I cant remember the name of the other guy that helped me, Rick?, but he was great! These Folks keep their word and a 30 day period to be sure you are happy with your car! Wow! The easiest and quickest car deal i have ever made and they have Great Cars!

What ever happened to making the customer happy ��

Which is more IMPORTANT, making a quick sale or making the customer happy? I'm not here to bash this dealership, but I left the dealership feeling like I've just gotten ripped off. They sold me an used 2007 Cadillac Escalade with so many problems that they could have easy repaired. I ended up buying headlight bulbs, 1 new ballast, 1 missing center cap for my front driver's wheel & 1 missing lug nut. There's no way this vehicle should have been sold like this. At least reimburse me for the parts that I had to go out & buy. I am also missing lots of screws to my front bumper & front headlights. C'MON Allen Samuels Direct!!!!!!!!
