I strongly advise against doing business with Auto Retail Group. They sold me a $17K car with a parasitic battery drain issue, causing the car to die after just two weeks. Despite replacing the battery 5-6 times, the problem persisted. Additionally, the business has a habit of ignoring messages and completely ghosting customers.

I strongly advise against doing business with Auto Retail Group. They sold me a $17K car with a parasitic battery drain issue, causing the car to die after just two weeks. Don’t buy here
Got a car here back in January, the manager Rick never fix what he promises on my car , and Carlos keep giving me the round around of saying he order the part then he said he mailed the part but they never did they just lie , my seat is also broken and they said they were gonna fix it they never did. Not only that but the dmv paper work was not turn in and till today I have not received my tags . I even got a later from My load company saying they have not receive the tittle or dmv paper work . When I call the manner Rick said they already had send it but that was a lie . So I don’t recommend going to this dealership .worst car experience ever

Shady business practices, not BBB affiliated
Bought a 2013 chevy camaro from here in 2018, first off the description /accessories advertised were inaccurate. Add claimed that the car had remote start and navigation when it did not. Car had expired tags that cost me $1,600 for registration. Car did M ot come with a spare but I guess I should have checked before leaving. ARG had my windows tinted and I had to bring the car back 3 times because there were bubbles on the tint and hair between tint and window. Nevertheless after all this was fixed, I was pleased with car until I recently started having issues with the ignition and key. Took to the dealer and discovered these xxxx bags placed a GPS tracking device on my car without informing me which is illegal. I called ARG only to be told I cant found you in the system, then oh you purchased in 2018 and all the people that were here at the time are no longer here. (Same owner and lot but different sales people)... I was told there is nothing they can do about it. I will have the tracking device removed but will see these shady folks in court. Never do business with a company that's not BBB, Better Business Bureau affiliated.

Second purchase
We have purchased two vehicles with Auto Retail Group ARG in Rialto. We have dealt with Danny and the process was stress free and painless. Literally went in and was out in less than an hour with my second vehicle. Thank you Auto Retail group , keep being great. We love you guys

Rude salesmen answered phone while trying to buy
This place left a bad taste in my mouth. Researched the vehicle prior to coming to test drive and it seemed to be ok. Drove it and it ran well. After returning to the lot to talk about purchase my husband and I were doing an overall inspection of the inside/outside of the car to look for any signs of body work, make sure everything functions. We find what looked like some front bumper work that wasn't on the carfax as well as the stereo system not producing any sound. We adressed these things with the salesman who ignores the concerns and gave excuses. Carfax was also reporting the milleage to be higher than the odometer was reading. Not concerning on its own but combined with the overall attitude regarding my questions it seemed fishy. We were ready to buy and pay cash but the salesmen rudely took a phone call in the middle of talking with us and started walking away. So we started walking to our car and he follows us asking where we are going. I tell him I thought the convo was finished since he took a call without even excusing himself. He makes an excuse that its the owner and for us to please wait just a minute. We didn't wait. Walked out and won't be back. Horrible service and I'm betting theres some fishy business going on based on the shifty-ness of the sales team. I would caution anyone who goes here to be diligent in your research and ask lots of questions.

I just bought my pre-owned vehicle from ARG, and it was the best car buying experience, amazing prices, the lowest I've ever seen in the IE, and everyone was so professional, friendly, and patient! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Came in and had a great experience with Auto Retail Group. My first time buying a car and after looking around for over a month I came across a car I was interested in. Called the Dealership to confirm car availability and schedule an appointment ; arrived a bit late, but they were very friendly and accommodating to us. Sales person was great and knowledgeable with the car in addition to the whole car buying process. Test drive was better than others i have been on, he allowed me the option to test drive on the freeway. he helped us come to an agreement - when I had doubts, they insisted on me to test drive again to make sure I was happy with the car. Car buying is a long process, but ARG and the team walk us through the process in addition to provide different options made me satisfied with my purchase. Over all I am glad I found the car I wanted and a great sales rep with a dealership that is in the business of being clear and transparent.

Just Purchased my Audi from Auto Retail Group , and this is the first time in my life I couldn't negotiate the price of a car I am buying because i knew that it was great price (did my homework ) and the car was great too .
