I live in Levittown, NY. Yes I traveled all the way here to buy my second used Electric Car. Since the 3 dealerships I visited by me were not helpful in... finding me a car. Telling me they were unavailable, when obviously they were not. Even the Service for follow up care for my car was atrocious. Lack of cooperation with another Nissan Dealership seems extremely counterintuitive to Nissans overall success here. NISSAN IF YOU ARE LISTENING WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE THE MECHANIC SHOULD BE WAITING FOR THE CAR NOT THE CAR WAITING FOR THE MECHANIC!!! Well, my experience both purchasing and follow up care for me Leaf at Kingston Nissan was OUTSTANDING! Robert and Jenn Brown were of exceptional character and performance in taking care of all of my needs in a timely fashion. Its the reason I drive 121 miles in an Electric car to have my vehicle serviced there, and not with these unprofessional creatons on Long Island. They really have to get their people skills up to par down here. Exceptional effort from All of the lovely staff at Kingston Nissan and thank you again for being the consumate definition of a pleasant human being and a professional. Keep up the wonderful job your efforts are not going unobserved.
I wish that they had 10 star rating cause I would rate all the staff 10 stars expecially Robert and Alex cause the service was excellent I think that... they called it Kingston Nissan because they treat you like kings and Queens They have great cars and great deals and now thanks to them we got our jeep at a great deal in under 4 hours awesome service and will recommend them to everyone I know
Robert Rolleri (Sales) and Richard Gordon (Finance) went far and beyond to make sure I walked out of there with the car I wanted and worked magic with... my credit. The showroom is clean. The staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. My overall experience was great and I'm taking my daughter there to buy her car!!! Highly recommend!!
Robert r really cares! He helped us get the perfect car for us. A versa!!!! It's great! Great customer service!!!! Will always go back!!!! I drove over... an hour because they were so friendly and helpful!

After speaking to several dealers in the area and not having the beast credit,I was very skepical that Kingston Nissan would be able to help me.I drove... all the from Middeltown NY feelng very apprehensive. As soon as I walked in the dealership was immediately greeted and helped by George Mcevoy and the finance manager Rich Greenstein who were both excellent. Rich went above and beyond to work with me for my vehicle and financial needs.It was a very good experience and everyone at Kingston Nissan was knowlegeable and friendly. I had been searching for a car for months, was trying to find a good car, with low payments that was good on gas. I had been referred to Kingston Nissan... by a few friends. I was helped by Tammy and the finance manager Rich Greenstein. They were both excellent, they heard what I wanted and got me exactly that. I was really hesitant to go to a dealership but they made my first experience excellent! I got a 2007 Hyundai Accent and couldn't be happier! If your looking for great service and quality vehicles this is the place.
Scott in the service department treats customers very poorly. He treated me like I am stupid. He lied to me and never gave me information I requested.... He told me that the rear brakes are not covered on a Nissan with only 23,000 miles on it and I would have to pay for them. I have brought the vehicle in there every 3750 miles for maintenance as well as my 2 other Nissans. They lost all of my business as long as Scott is still there.
