Do Not Buy!!

Bought this car used with only 1100 miles. I have had it towed three times due to not starting due to constant software issues. It also will never read the key through my purse or coat pocket. I have to take the key out and hold it in front of the steering wheel for it to acknowledge it. Finally, one of the cameras does not work correctly so I constantly have a notification for that on my dash. That part has been back-ordered for months. I would not recommend this car. It has been a total nightmare.

Totally Agravated Horrible New Car Experience

I purchased my Gls 2021 last year from White Plains Mercedes brand new and in 6 months there was an indicator for the 12 volt battery that powers the starter is low. That indicator went away. A month without any warning after that i go into my garage to start my vehichle and it would not start. I had to get it towed to Virginia Beach Mercedes Benz for service. I was told they had to change the main battery and update and program software in the 12volt battery. A month later the car would not start again i had to have it towed again. Filed a complaint with Mercedes USA and they were very dissmissive and unaccomodating to my issue. I asked the customer advocate what is a reasonable amount of times that my new car have to malfunction and having to be towed in for service for you to take the car back and give me a new car that is dependable and reliable and that works. I paid for a new car and this car is malfunctioning like a hooptie The advocate from corporate would not answer that question and was very dismissive. I was told by service for the second tow that my car did not start due to a soft ware update. Mercedes is clearly having problems with their Gls 450 2021. I do not recoomend this car. For the amount of money paid for this new vehichle i expected a better response and more accomodating from the corporate advocate.
