Headquartered in Aichi, Japan, Toyota’s U.S. lineup begins with the compact Corolla sedan or four-door hatchback. A hybrid pioneer, Toyota still sells the Prius; the Camry mid-size sedan, Crown sedan, Crown Signia wagon, RAV4 compact SUV, Land Cruiser mid-size SUV, Sequoia full-size SUV and Sienna minivan are now exclusively hybrids. There are also plug-in hybrid versions of the Prius and RAV4.

Toyota’s other SUVs are the subcompact Corolla Cross and mid-size 4Runner, Highlander and Grand Highlander. The 4Runner, Land Cruiser and Sequoia are truck-based. Toyota also sells the mid-size Tacoma and full-size Tundra pickup trucks. For enthusiasts, there’s the GR Corolla hatchback and GR86 sports coupe. The beloved GR Supra was dropped for 2027.

Though it’s been tentative with full EVs, the company introduced the bZ4X compact SUV for 2023 (and renamed it to bZ for 2026). Also new for 2026 are the bZ Woodland and C-HR SUVs, and the Highlander is due to switch to an EV platform for 2027.
