I purchased a Rav 4 with salesman, Garrett back in 2023. He was a joy to work with. So much so, that I nicknamed my car Mr. G. Since my car is serviced there, I have an excellent rapport with my service advisor, Joshua V. His friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor embodies what it means to provide top-notch customer service. Garrett returned to his home state of Minnesota so, Joshua recommended and introduced me to David Garza, Jr. Not only was J.R. professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but he also has an infectious energy, a genuine warmth that radiates and a commitment to the satisfaction of the customer this visible in each smile and gesture. I had my heart set on a particular color. Unfortunately, it was not on site. J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted. Cory kept on checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect. My day ended with Rene Cantu in finance, who crunched the numbers, factoring in a trade-in value that was satisfactory and brought it all together within my budget. I currently own a 2017 Acura ILX bought used with only 29k miles. This car has been a great daily driver, very smooth for the longer drives, and a surprising quiet cabin. It has everything a person needs for a trip: sunroof, Bluetooth, heated seats. This car truly is one in a million for the value.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The service associate Peter Busher informs me of every aspect of service for our Volvo's. We have Tony Dinino perform all the service and we leave with confidence of peace of mind that it was done correctly. Our sales rep Vecdet was able to find me a great S60 that's been pure joy to drive. These are the reasons that keep me coming back and allow me to give Gengras Volvo a 10 rating.

Over all great! Josh was super easy to deal with and not pushy. We always prefer dealing local if possible, plus it was refreshing to find a dealer that actually inspected and serviced their cars. good cars and good people.

In all my years (70 ) I have never had such a positive car buying experience. My sales person was amazing. He listened to me, was patient and did everything he could to find me a vehicle I would love. I was on a very tight budget and he worked with me showing me what was a possible vehicle I could buy. I fell in love with an Acura RDX and I thought I would not be able to buy it. The financing person was awesome. He jumped through hoops, went the extra miles to find me just what I needed to drive home in that car. AND it was right at the payment amount I could afford. They never tried to get me to add more to the down payment or sell me something cheaper I didn't like. I would recommend Key Acura to anyone looking for a great dealership with fabulous staff.
