Good communication. Several responses. Tried to negotiate on the price. Thought they were a little high. But they remained firm on the price. My online research suggested they were high. So I did not buy the car.

What a great experience we had at Carmax Lancaster, Sara was fantastic, everyone we came in contact with was very friendly Highly recommend trying them
2017 Volvo S60 review
I was reluctant on buying another S60 as my previous 2012 model had engine issues that led to engine failure at just 120,000 miles. However, with the 2017 model having a new engine and transmission setup, I decided to give it another shot. At 115,000 miles I haven’t experienced any mechanical issues of any sort. The performance is pretty great for the small 2.0 liter engine pumping 240 hp which pairs pretty well with the 8 speed automatic transmission sourced from Toyota. The interior is very beautiful with the real leather seats, however for 2017 it was definitely starting to age. The exterior design is absolutely immaculate, however at 7 years old it has started to experience paint chips leading to minor rust. I wouldn’t 100% blame the paint as rocks and road debris also contributed to this. The comfort in the seats is very amazing, however it’s not perfect as the cabin noise is louder than most other luxury cars. Overall I love this car and have been very pleased with its improved reliability.

Oakes Kia of Olathe review
I can honestly say that Christian at Oakes Kia gave us the most memorable and relaxing dealership experince I've ever had. 10/10 for him and this dealership. I really hope Oakes Kia recognizes Christian for the effort he puts into his customers. If anyone deserves a raise or a bonus, it’s him! He went above and beyond before I ever even stepped foot in the dealership, and that effort continued throughout the entire process.

The car feels and drives amazing. I’m absolutely in love with my new Volvo S60. It’s got way more features than my sisters 2017 Malibu that’s for sure 😂🤣. And the satellite remote start and locking doors are absolutely amazing.

2017 Volvo S60 review
I bought my S60 T5 Dynamic in April. I drive a lot so already put almost 5000 miles on. It has performed mostly flawlessly, the only thing is every now and then the transmission can get a little confused at low speeds. This car handles very well and is a blast to drive every day. The infotainment interface is a bit dated by today's standards but it is intuitive and easy to use. Great sound system, too. I have the sport seats and they are ok, but maybe a bit over bolstered for daily driving. Overall, this is a comfortable cruiser that is fun to drive and I get compliments on it all the time. Can't wait to try out the AWD this winter!

My experience was excellent. Steve was responsive and helpful. Great knowledge of the business and handled everything professionally. The car was very good and I bought it. However, the dealer I worked with didn't seem to terribly interested. And there were $900.00 in dealer fees and $20.00for a test drive and $125.00 for a temp. Tag!!! I paid it all because the car was just what is been looking for. I thought the fees etc were outrageous!!

Poppy at Mag Auto made my car-purchase an enjoyable and relieving experience. After being in an accident and obtaining medical injuries as well as a totaled previous vehicle, I was at a total loss and very much in need of a vehicle IMMEDIATELY. Poppy went out of his way to ensure I was in the vehicle within 24 hours of receiving all necessary documentation, made it a quick a painless process and ultimately sold me a car I immediately fell in love with. Thank you Poppy!!!! Maria, BMW X3

2017 Volvo S60 review
Owned the car for a few months now, its the wifes daily driver as mine is an S3. The car feels extremely well built and very solid even compared to the Audi. Performance wise our only complaint has been the slow shifts of the gearbox when in manual mode. Apart from that 30k miles and not a single issue. Only shop time is maintenance.
