We Leased our TLX Acura 3.5 V6 on 4/10/2017.. "Darren Maus", was an outstanding sales professional... He, and the entire personnel of Acura of Peoria, provided to us a superior customer service . From Darren Maus our Salesman, to Paul Brown the Sales Manager, to Ben Quail the General Sales Manager, to Ray Garcia in the financing, everyone was very kind and accommodating. We never expected that we would have be treated so well. For instance, John Lozano, another Salesman, went on his own and picked up a pizza for me and my wife since we had no lunch.... We spend most of our time with Darren Maus, who in the end, did an exceptional delivery of the car to us. This car had many new technological and electronic functions. Darren Maus explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed immensely leasing our new car from "Acura of Peoria". I very happy with this car. I don't have the same complaints as other owners, but feel the car is comfortable enough for a low-end luxury car. The only problem is of my own making; I paid a little too much for this car, and should have done more homework before shopping for one. Since I drive less than 3,000 per year, I'm hoping this will be my last car. The 2006 Acura TL I had dropped the transmission, so I sold it to the repair shop owner. It would have cost $4,000 to replace the transmission on a $7,000 car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I sooo enjoyed buying a TLX from Alex Gonzalez in 2014, that I was happy to go back to him to buy an RDX this year. Even before the new model RDXs had arrived and details were few, Alex shared all the info he was privy to and kept me apprised of updates as he received them. He contacted me when the first RDXs arrived earlier this fall, inviting me in for a test drive at my convenience. When I finally dropped in for a test drive on a service visit for my TLX, Alex was unavailable but he took care to ensure that I was handled and all my questions answered. Alex's follow up over the subsequent weeks was pressure free. A few weeks later on another service visit, Matthew cleverly arranged for a new RDX as a service loaner, which I kept for a long weekend providing ample time to explore the new car and its various features (which were much different from my TLX). The long test drive was really valuable. In follow up, Alex worked up numbers knowing my requirements and allowed me to decide at my own pace. Once the details were settled, Alex provided regular updates on vehicle delivery and ensured all would be in order when I came in to complete the sale. The process was smooth and speedy, in and out in a couple hours, including a thorough walk through of the new RDX. I couldn't be happier with Acura of Peoria and, specifically, Alex Gonzalez for providing a great purchase experience!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I just began my search for a new car and wanted to get more familiar with the Acura RDX to help me with my decision. I was expecting to be brushed off by the salesmen, because I was upfront with my intent of my visit. However, Chris Hefke was very kind and took his time showing me all about the car. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated his help. The new RDX is beautiful and drives like a dream. Although, I did not purchase a car today I will definitely be back when I am ready.

Last week, I was driving to work and noticed the brakes on my 2012 TSX started grinding and making odd noise as I braked on the freeway in rush hour traffic. I emailed my Service Advisor, Doug Peng, immediately. He responded back almost as quickly as I hit send on my email asking me if I can bring my car in NOW. As soon as I got to the dealership, Doug greeted me outside. He asked me if I needed a loaner car while they looked at my car. Yes, please! :) Within 5 minutes, he knew it was my front brakes. He gave me a loaner car overnight while they replaced my brakes. I was in and out of the dealership within 20 minutes! My son used my car to take to Homecoming the next day so I was happy that my car had new brakes and my son would be safe. I have owned several Acuras and have worked with Doug Peng for several years. He is the #1 reason why I have to continue to buy an Acura because I don't think I could work with anyone else!

On Sunday, Oct.2nd, I was on my way back from Casa Grande and a yellow Check Systems light came on with a red battery light on my 2012 Acura TL. I drove directly to Acura of Tempe. Even though service department was closed, one of the salesmen, Joe, took the time to help. It was recommended that I leave my car overnight to be checked on Monday. Acura of Tempe gave us a safe place to wait in their lounge, for over an hour, (much better than the side of the road) and brought out cookies, chips, fruit, and soda for my kids. On Monday, Brandon worked to get my car looked at and repaired. As I had the bumper to bumper protection plan (MPP) for a $700 repair I only had to pay the $100 deductible. Brandon was responsive and helpful during the repair process and called MPP for payment. Again when I came to get the car every employee was courteous. Thank you Acura of Tempe for a great experience! I will be back when I need assistance again.

Things tend to be a tad stressful when you're buying a new car; am I paying too much? Did I do all of my research? Will I be happy with the service I will be receiving? Well, so far it has be a resounding...YES! my brother recommended this dealership solely based on two of the service managers Abel Talbo and Brandon Bonds. My brother has dealt with both of these gentleman for over 11 years. As I type this right now my nieces car is actually at the dealership getting some work done. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Able and Brandon on several occasions. I must admit these guys know their stuff and they are a pleasure to deal with. I think the best part was that they truly care. They fully go over every single detail with you and will answer any question you may have. They don't just treat you as a number, rush the convo and go on to the next customer. They both are excellent when it comes to communication. They respond fast to emails and they kept me in the loop the whole time my vehicle was in the shop. I think one of the cool things was that they would give me up dates to the progress on my car so you don't just think the car is sitting in the lot collecting dust. They would text me step by step..."the car is moving over to tint now, tint is done, going into full detail.......car is done, looks great, working on a final detail for you so its perfect when you come get it" I mean, who does this? They also set me up with a loaner car so I didn't have to wait and I was able to pick up my car on MY schedule. I can go on and on about the service that I received. I can go on and on about my brothers experience with Brandon and Abel, but the proof is in the fact that after so many years he keeps going back. It gives me such great comfort to know that my vehicle will be in good and TRUSTING hands for the life of my vehicle and because of these two guys I don't see why my next vehicle wouldn't be purchased here as well. Brandon Bonds and Abel Talbo are an asset to the Acura brand. Thanks! Mike M

They were ready for me, helpful and upfront on pricing. They completed the service and even topped off fluids for free that werent part of my service. I know they've got my interest in mind when they repeatedly DONT recommend extra things be done immediately (unlike other lube type places where you are sure to be hassled about every single thing being an emergency replacement). A complimentary wash/vacuum/windows really made me feel appreciated. This is why I bring my car back to the dealer for service. Because I get real service for a similar price. One issue I have had repeatedly: when I get the "rate your expetience" email, it never has a clear link to actually rate the service. The second email reminder actually took me 2 tries to access. FYI. Im an impatient person and almost unsubscribed due to this

I received a courtesy call from Martin in the internet sales department. He was just looking to check in and see how my 2016 MDX was doing. Unfortunately, I had to tell him it was totaled in 2017 about 4 days after Thanksgiving. I told him I was in the market, but not until about a month or two from now. He offered to set an appointment so I could check out the new MDX models. I agreed to come on and look, but I was not looking to buy. Martin had a family thing come up so Aaron Seabaugh helped me out. It turns out Aaron sold me my original MDX. Aaron remembered me and made me feel like I was at home. I told Aaron was I was looking to spend and after looking at a few 2019 MDX???s I left the dealership. I texted Aaron later that day and I asked for a quote on the MDX Aspec I saw. Aaron sent me a quote later that day and it was still higher than what I wanted to pay. I told Aaron to get back to me when he could get the price down to what I wanted. He said that maybe a month or so because they were still looking to close out the 2018 models. Martin got back to me when he returns to the office and let me know that Aaron and him had been working with their boss to get the price down. This was Martin???s for sale so there boss was pretty flexible on pricing. I agreed to come down on Saturday, September 8 to purchase the car at the negotiated price. I came in and my new car was already detailed and ready to go. I was in and out the door in an hour and a half with my brand new car. This was the best negotiation and seamless experience that I have ever had buying a car. I never thought that Erin and Acura of Peoria could outdo my first experience in 2016 but they managed to do it again. Martin was awesome to work with even though he was new and I???m sure he has a bright future in the car sales business. I am a customer for life.

You really cant beat the ILX for the price. Other cars with much less cost much more. The car is tight with no squeaks or rattles. Interior has everything you need. This is the 3rd ILX we've gotten in a row.

This has been our 'other' car for quite some time. We love it. Purchased in 2015, my wife has used this as a commuter car in and out of the city. Smaller than the other Acuras, but handles like sports car. Has plenty of get-up and go. Good electronics for a 2013 model.

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and my Acura has just as much room and is great on gas. I bought a 2017 with 9.000, miles on it and runs like brand new. I read all the reviews on this car and it was a no-brainer.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.
