Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family. Keep up the great work!
Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.
I was extremely impressed with Anontio Mora and the Customer Service he provided in my search for a used car. I had the exact make, model, color, and price in mind, and he found me a car that checked every box on my list. I did hit a small issue in the buying process, however Dan Mertens and Antonio Mora worked to make sure I was still able to go home with the car of my dreams. Thanks to you both!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
I bought my first car in 1955 and many since. The experience with most dealers ranged from poor to very good. My experience at Tempe Honda caught me unawares because it was so extraordinarily good. This started with Francine's chat, continued with rescheduling an earlier time to fit my schedule (at the last minute) and extra effort to find another part that was requested when I signed in. The free shuttle was a wonderful convenience - quick response. Check out was beyond expectations for ease.
I had seen this dealership on my way to and from on the freeway. I was happy to find a car I've wanted for 13 years! I found the car via CarGurus.com. Jerry was my sales person and he was phenomenal! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I had a hefty down payment, due to trying to re-establish my credit after a serious back injury. Jerry was very patient as I had to move money around to be able to purchase the vehicle.
I am happy to say that my experience at I-10 Auto Sales was a great one! I like that they're a local small business and I appreciated the family-like atmosphere and relaxed environment. They have tons of used cards under $10K, a great place to purchase a well taken-care of used vehicle. Robert in finance was super cool too. Things happen in life that we cannot prepare or expect and I felt like I was treat with dignity, grace and I received 5-star customer service. Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
Quality dealership with all the amenities. Service personnel were helpful and eager to make my visit short and sweet. I was able to use a great loner car when my Mini’s service would take extra time to finish. Much appreciated!
They had the car I wanted and they were able to work with me to make it a great deal and experience. The process was easy and quick. Chris Hefke was great and I would definitely recommend working with him. I will continue to come back for all my service and buying needs.
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!
