I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. Would like to personally thank Leo, Jennifer and the finance team for staying late and closing the deal and it was such a smooth process with no hidden surprises. If I had to recommend an Acura dealership it would be these guys hands down.

I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

Always have a good experience getting my Acura serviced here, this last time was no different. Staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps you updated on the status of the work. Kevin was my Service Rep this time and was great, taking care of my needs while an extensive repair was completed.

Rob Cuhllins went beyond my expectations. We are a soccer Family. We needed a Vehicle to fit our lifestyle and didn?t Break the bank?. We are so happy with our Acura MDX. It?s so sporty. My husband and I are super happy with it. My son loves the cool seats after a hot game. Leo Molina did our Finance. He explained everything in detail from a broken windshield to Towing. I got the base package, I wish I would have gotten the A-Spec. There is a faulty window seal on the drivers side that needs attention and the adaptive cruise control is new for me, along with the engine idle shut off, both features I can live without.

My wife and I enjoyed the entire buying process. Starting with kevin and then handled with care and support from Antwaun. The entire organization displayed warmth and professionalism.The leadership has opviously created an atmosphere that promotes problem solving and support. Can't say enough about Antwaun..he gets it.

Went in for major recall services on my TLX- engine and fuel pump.. Everything was done to my satisfaction… I was updated on progress.. I was given a loaner for 7 of the 10 days car was in the shop… my car was returned cleaner than when I left it… no one tried to upsell me on any other services… all in all pretty happy with this relatively new Acura dealership…

Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Drove in unexpected. They fit me in and had me on my way in two hours. Road hazard warranty covered it. This dealership always has the solutions to any Acura issue from routine maintenance, warranty work and recalls. Friendly staff in sales, service writers and the mechanics. Can’t go wrong here.

I entered Cerritos Acura on Monday, July 3rd, with the purpose of observing a previously owned 2022 MDX. Unfortunately, I found it lacking in visual appeal. Instead of acquiring the 2022 MDX, I departed from the premises with a freshly minted 2024 MDX. Her unwavering determination was matched only by her commendable restraint, refraining from crossing the boundary into pushiness.
