2016 Acura RDX review
I really like this vehicle the only problem I have and I'd like to find out if anybody else has this problem is sometimes when I hit the gas there is no gas the pedal goes right to the floor which is dangerous if you're pulling out into a highway. I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.
