Mercedes-Benz of AustinReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Austin review
The process of buying a car can often be daunting, but Mercedes-Benz of Austin made it more of a luxury than a chore. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was so professional and kind. I felt no pressure while working with Stacey Olmstead. She went above and beyond to explain the features of the car I was interested in. Furthermore, she explicitly explained every step of the process as we progressed. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience while buying a car. I will be back when I’m in the market for another car.

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

2016 Acura MDX review
Comfort with just enough get up and go! 0-60 in 6.1 seconds... 9 speed transmission is new in the 2016 model, may take some getting used to. Fuel economy is online with other SUV's in this class. Comfort, tech and class wrapped up in a nice little package!

A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!

Zack was great to work with. He listened to what I needed and he worked with the finance department i cant recall the gentlemans name but he worked very hard to get me into a car. And I think I got a good deal! Definitely 5 stars for both of these gentlemen!

Gary Yeomans Ford FrankfortReviews
Gary Yeomans Ford Frankfort review
I recently brought my Ford Maverick to Frankfort Ford to fix a recall issue. They have just moved, and their new service facility is incredible. Michael Sherwood was the manager who took care of my vehicle. He checked me in without any wait, and he asked me if I would like a complimentary vacuum and car wash. Of course I said, "Yes." I went home. A couple of hours later I received a text saying my vehicle was ready. I went to Michael, who gave me the paperwork and the key. It was easy peasy. No wait, no bill (this time), and a clean car. I have been here many times in the past with my old pickup truck, and I have never been disappointed by the service. I highly recommend them regardless of the age of your vehicle.
