The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.
My experience at Audi Chantilly was terrific. Perusing vehicles online and saw a used one I was interested in online. Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...Very classy touch!

Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.
I bought a Lexus ES350 from this dealer. Mathew promptly responded to my email. Then I had a very good experience dealing with AJ during the deal and after sale. They all are very professional and friendly. Smooth transactions. I am sure I will be returning to them for future cars.
I bought a BMW 650Xi from AJ. He was good an answering questions fast and never pushy. I had the car shipped which made me nervous with out ever seeing the car but the 10 return policy gave me the confidence to try. AJ was great in following up and when one of the tires was damaged and we missed it or in shipping he agreed to replace it. They really went above an beyond to make sure that the car meet expectations. There were a a couple small issues like a knob that didn't turn well that the original warranty covered but if it didn't I am confident they would have taken care of it

We were fortunate to be introduced to her when we went to look at a car we found online at her dealership. With all the bells and whistles on the cars today it is great to find Iris who knows her Volvo cars inside and out.
