INFINITI of Charlotte review
02/02/23 They are the best!! I purchased a 2023 Qx55. I had looking at the car for some time as my old car was a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I was so impressed with the luxury of the car. It drives so good and feels like a glove that just hugs you. It has so many wonderful features and my team that I had: my salesman Brent Bell my GM Steve O'Kane my Service manager Dan Wissinger to all of the staff there. They are the best. So quick to answer my questions ( as i have a lot ). They are truly the best and would recommend them to anyone. Margaret Mohan

My last several cars were a Lexus, true refinement. Purchased an RDX, with a turbo extremely powerful perfect for my needs. The maintenance on an accurate is less expensive than Lexus. It is a true solid vehicle. Highly recommend recommended.!

I wanted to send a big thank you to Emmitt, Taylor and the rest of the Acura team for helping with the purchase of my new MDX. The entire process was the smoothest I've ever dealt with at a dealership and everyone was super kind. Excited to add another Acura and I'll be back when it's time for the next one!

Jeffrey Austin helped me with my new purchase. He was great all the way through. I showed up on a pouring rainy day and he didn't hesitate to show me around the lot and help me pick a car. We test drove a couple and he even took me around showing me options all while the rain poured on us. We were soaked when we were finished but he kept on just like it were a sunny day. He is extremely patient and really cared about getting me into a car I would be happy with. Hands down the best new car shopping experience I've had. Thanks Jeffrey, looking forward to doing again some day!

Jeffrey Austin was great to work with! I showed up on a day when it was pouring rain, and he didn’t hesitate to walk the lot with me. We looked at several different options, and he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process as I searched for a car I’d be happy with. Even though we were both soaked by the time we finished, he never once complained. It was my only day available to look, and he made the experience a great one despite the weather. Thanks, Jeffrey! I’ll definitely be back in the future!

2023 Acura RDX review
My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Honestly I have nothing but good things to say. I purchased my brand new Ram from here and it was the best experience I ever had. It was pretty far from where I live but decided to make the drive, and let me tell you it was worth it. The service and hospitality is literally unmatched. I will definitely buy my next car from here. Thank you to the Carmi Ram team. You where amazing
2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Genesis Of GreerReviews
Genesis Of Greer review
Connor was professional and check in and out was as expected. This was our GV70’s first service so fluid change, tire rotation, and everything checked. Waiting area is very comfortable and coffee is great. I was told the service would take 1 hour and I ended up waiting a little over an hour and a half. I was disappointed in no car wash or vacuuming. I would expect a “luxury” brand to provide that when it’s returned to me. I was also disappointed with all the user settings being erased after the service. I didn’t get my wipers replaced either but not sure if that’s part of the service after 1yr or not. Dealership is very clean and everyone is professional and courteous.

Asked for a price for a “new “ vehicle and trade for mine. Trade price was significantly lower than other dealers and they were selling a loaner vehicle and did not come off the sticker. I decided not to negotiate and just made an excuse to not buy. Did not need the hassle of negotiating. I expected a better total offer.
