My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.
Jason is so knowledgeable. He is such a wonderful source of information and his love of Rolls and Bentleys is incredible. My son bought me a Rolls from Jason for Christmas... They delivered it AND put a huge red ribbon across the car cover for me to discover in the car building. We've gone back to visit, to look at some of his inventory, and always feel welcome to talk, to look, to discuss, and enjoy being there. Right now, I'm looking at his inventory online to purchase a more utilitarian vehicle, e.g. the Land Rover. I'd buy from Jason even if they are more than 100 miles away if only on the basis that this 74 y.o. lady can trust Dream Car Concepts.

I bought a 2009 Tribeca from the dealership. The price was very fair, I didn't have to haggle at all. There were some issues with the interior of the car and they fixed everything before I came to pick up the car. The buying process was very simple. All the employees were very friendly and made things very easy. I worked with Mitch and he was great! He checked on me the day before I came to pick up the car to see if I needed a ride from the train station, then called a week later to make sure the car was doing well for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

I'm so happy I decided to come here! My wife needed a new car and our credit isnt the best because of bad choices in our youth anyways we worked with Tim with the expectations of getting turned down because we have been everywhere else we went. Not here we got an awesome deal we couldnt refuse! The customer service was amazing i'm sure we were very difficult to deal with as well but Tim was Patient, professional, and it was clear that he actually cared and genuinely wanted to help us. I worked with With Emily back in August to replace my truck, she was great. This week my mom needed to replace her car. Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!
