Fell in love with this vehicle as soon as I sat behind the wheel. I previously drove a Honda Civic so the ILX is a great update in the same family.

Able to hold up to 7 passengers, the MDX offers quiet luxury and reliable performance. It had all the accouterments one could ask for, and provided a steady and solid ride. Repairs were minimal - and reasonable.
Suspension issue covered under used car warranty that I didn't know still existed and performed 60k service at a fair price. world class service that haven't experienced at any dealership in the past
Great looking SUV... Until it becomes unreliable.

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.
My wife & I had an easy, expedient & pleasurable experience buying our used car from Steve Swantko. We were treated with respect, kindness & honesty. We will definitely return to Superior Acura for the purchase of our next vehicle.

This is a nice car and has all of the latest safety devices. The car is much louder than expected and has transmission shift issues at 3/4 to full throttle. The only reason I purchased this car was the dealer was taking significant $$$ off. The local Acura Service Department, Hunt Valley Acura in MD, is the worst. Could not repair transmission issue, which they recreated, so just told me to bring it back when the transmission completely fails. I complained to corporate and received no response. I will never buy another Acura.
We went to Superior looking for a lightly used Acura forour Daughter who starts driving next mth they didn???t disappoint. We found one we loved, and everything went smooth from working with the salesman ???Kool Ken??? to the financing with Chad. Both are great guys and I would recommend to friends and family for sure! Happy customers and our daughter is very happy with her 2015 Pearl White Acura TLX, just beautiful!!

After driving a 2010 TSX for the last 5 years, I am sold on the brand. I just purchased a 2015 TLX a month ago and so far, like the TSX, it has not disappointed.

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.
First stopped in at this dealership 3 months ago and looked at a few vehicles with Konrad Nicholson. I am a VERY slow car buyer... when I came back recently, Konrad remembered me and what I had been looking for in a vehicle. Konrad was very helpful, attentive, and patient without ever being pushy. The dealership honored their offer on my trade-in from three months prior (even though I traded in a convertible and when I finally purchased a car we were into the cold weather months). They let me take the car I was considering home to make sure my mother could easily get in and out of it with her mobility issues. Konrad is very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I highly recommend him!

I have the advanced package and this car is a great intro to the Acura brand, even being a used car. The seats are comfortable, so no matter how bipolar Texas weather can be, I can heat or cool my seats. Great leg room in the front and back, and the backseat is great for passengers. I actually really enjoy the back when someone else is driving. ALSO, the Dolby Pro-Logic sound system is AMAZING! Great mileage, even though you need to buy supreme gas, but I only fill up about once a week/week and a half. It’s a huge upgrade from my last car, and I’m definirely considering an Acura for my next car. I plan to keep this as long as possible.
Our experience with Konrad was amazing. If I could buy a car everyday, I would go to this fun, honest, helpful salesman every time. He is top notch! The Acura dealer should feel very honored to have him on their team. My husband and I can???t say enough about him. Made buying a car actually fun. I will refer my friends and family to buy from Superior Acura.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

Does not meet the standards expected from a high end $50k vehicle. Transmission is poor quality and the overall ride of rough. My 2001 Acura 3.2 TL is more reliable and has a better ride.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I'm very pleased with this vehicle. The comfort, look, and dependability of the Acura are very appealing to me.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Sub par auto from Acura.. I previously bought the tsx, it was a great car. The accura ilx is several steps below the Honda civic..
Dan my service advisor was fantastic. Although I live out of state and Infiniti of Cincinnati is not my primary dealer Dan took great care of me. I flew out of the Cincinnati airport for a 2 week trip to Europe. He arranged to pick up my QX80 at the airport and had it ready to go when I returned.

SHO model well worth it. Still adding music too hard drive. TLX did not match quality,size off style. Paint excellent. Wheel package paid for itself.
I am a very loyal buyer and decided to switch to Zimmer for my purchase. Decision so far is great - the entire process was much better than expected. We have purchased Honda vehicles for years and stepped up to the Acura. We compared to Mercedes, Audi and other high end cars. Standard features were typically add on at the other manufacturers that raised the price. Reliability of the MDX is legendary.
Great car trouble free buying process. Jason was very polite and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. Thanks I love my 2016 Ford Escape.

This car didn't have much leg room and the drivers seat was really low and wouldn't adjust. I heard a lot of traffic noise while test driving this car with the windows up too. I was not at all impressed with this vehicle.
