I've bought somewhere around ten to twelve cars and trucks in my lifetime with most of the experiences being unremarkable and not particularly standing out in any memorable way except when they were bad. This is the first time I've ever made a point to set time aside to write a review after buying a new vehicle and I'm doing it now because I feel I have an obligation to anyone out there giving serious consideration in buying one. Buying a new car or truck can be an extremely stressful experience for a lot of reasons, but picking the right dealership is hands down one of, if not the most, important choices you'll make in the entire process. I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X from Sheehy GMC Fredericksburg, and I can honestly say it was the best vehicle-buying experience I?ve ever had. I?ve bought plenty of trucks over the years, but nothing has ever come close to the level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care I received here. My salesman, Joey Mastin, was exceptional from start to finish. His communication was flawless ? clear, consistent, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right truck, not just making a sale. Joey is exactly the kind of salesperson every dealership wishes they had. A huge shoutout also goes to DJ Bruce, the General Manager. DJ and the team went above and beyond to give me an extremely good deal on my new truck and an excellent trade-in allowance on the one I brought in. They were fair, honest, and upfront about everything, which is rare these days. I have never walked away feeling more confident, respected, and genuinely taken care of than the way I did with them. We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Hassle free and easy! I did not feel pressured at all. Every thing was explained to me. All the staff were welcoming and very friendly.

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

From the first phone call to the test drive to signing the paperwork everything was amazing, smooth and staff was so nice and friendly...even got a home cooked meal while waiting for docs to be prepared. Omar, Ruby, Ray, AJ...it was a pleasure. Thank you.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I had moved away from Acura after I sold my 2006 RL. Unreliable, squeaks from plastics, leather would bubble from places etc. Bought a Lexus GX470 and the difference was day and night. Most reliable car I had ever owned and the built quality is out this world. Kept it for about 7 years and needed an upgrade. Test drove the MDX and it was nothing like the RL. Build quality is excellent, no squeaks and rattles from anywhere - has 60k on the clock. Ride not no where near Lexus but if is definitely much more sporty and zippy. If you are looking for an affordable suv I would recommend test drive.

Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

The best dealership out there if you want to buy EV vehicles. They have over 100 Tesla in stock, all priced amazingly low and in a great conditions. We have bought multiple Tesla from them in the past 12 months.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

This has been a great dealer to do business with! They went above and beyond. Normally car dealerships are fairly scummy and I dread doing business with them but PK Auto gave me a very fair price on the car I bought and made a bunch of repairs to it as a part of the purchase agreement. When the mechanic was looking over the car, he caught something else that was needing to be fixed and did that as well. I even had the A/C repair not quite do the trick and they did not give me a hard time about bringing it back at all. Very honest and the only time I’ve ever felt good buying a car.

Bought car new May of 2015. We change the oil every 3000 miles and maintain any problem. We now have 278,000 miles on it and it still runs strong and smooth on the highway ( just drove 1000 miles to Ft. Myers) at 80 mph.

Bought a Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter, knowing all the services have been done prior to sale was wonderful.

Own one since brand new. Handed to my daughter after 8 years and 50k miles. Have not spent any money except oil changes and tires. Hoping to keep for another several years. Great blend of performance and reliability. Very solid drive.

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

Got this when I was looking for a smaller entry level luxury car, non -turbo and with a lower cost to own. Try to get the premium, for the dual screens and carplay.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I bought my daughter's first car with JDM and it was a great experience! First I was greeted with their friendly and welcoming staff, and they showed me the car. The car was spotless like I expected from the pictures. My daughter loved the car and I definitely would buy from here again.

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Off lease helped us find the perfect car for us, they searched their data base and found exactly what we were looking for at their second location in Fredericksburg. We are very happy with the CRV that we purchased from them. Very intimate atmosphere at off lease vs CarMax, we even met the owners face to face!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I've owned my 2022 TLX Type S for one year now so I feel like I am qualified to write a meaningful review. Let me begin by saying that my wife and I absolutely love this car! We've put just under 15k miles on it and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. We live in Colorado which gives us the opportunity to enjoy mountain roads and highways. I can tell you that this car is most at home in the mountain twisties but it's also a very comfortable highway cruiser. The adaptive shocks adjust to your driving preference and mood very nicely. My favorite thing about the car is how unique it is. I've only seen 2 other Type S's in the year I've owned mine and I love that! I'm not a fan of driving the same thing everyone else drives. Plus, it looks freaking amazing!! The blue exterior and red interior is absolutely gorgeous and turns heads constantly. The styling of the TLC is truly stunning. Acura really nailed it! The interior is terrific as well. I love the style and layout of the dashboard and the seats are super comfortable and supportive. A lot has been said about the cramped back seat but I've gotten no complaints from anyone who's had to ride back there. It's not an SUV! Reliability has been mostly on-par with my previous Acura experiences which is to say solid as a rock. The touchpad-controlled user interface has it's glitches from time to time, especially with Apple CarPlay but that's the only complaint from a quality standpoint. The only other slight beef I have with the car is the power. I really wish Acura had been a little bolder with the engine and amped up the horsepower. While it's no slouch with acceleration, you won't win many stoplight battles with comparable sports sedans unless you get a better jump off the line. That said, this is a very well balanced car that performs admirably in all conditions and makes for a terrifically fun daily driver. All in all, I am very happy with my decision to order my 22 TLX Type S and look forward to several years with it! Maybe the aftermarket will develop some performance enhancements that can help me out with those occasional drag races! ;-)

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Was helped and treated like I wore a suit and tie and was important and mattered

Bought my 2018 MDX from Hendrick Acura Charlotte and love it so much I'm looking to upgrade to a newer model. I kept up with all the maintenance and never had any issues at all. Acura is a good solid car!

Had a great experience at JDM! I initally thought the prices were a bit high, but once Jasper explained all the services and work that had already been done on the car, I felt much more confident in the value he was super helpful, patient, and made the car buying process smooth and stress-free.
