Too many places baited me with low online prices, only to pile on thousands in hidden fees once I showed up—things like mandatory down payments, wear-and-tear charges, inspection fees, and dealership add-ons. But from this experience, I learned a lot about how dealerships really work and gained some valuable knowledge: never fully trust the prices posted online without confirming the true out-the-door cost in person. After five frustrating in-person visits, I was ready to give up on traditional dealerships and just overpay at CarMax to avoid the headaches. Right away, I met sales representative Christopher Chavous (everyone calls him Chris). He was patient, professional, and didn’t bombard me with unnecessary questions or personal info. He showed me the Crosstrek I was interested in, sat with me for two detailed test drives, and explained all the features thoroughly. The standout moment? Chris gave me the true out-the-door price immediately—no games, no surprises, exactly matching the online listing with zero hidden fees. In an industry full of tricks, this level of honesty instantly built trust, which is everything when buying a car. After some fair negotiation, the manager approved a solid discount, and we sealed the deal that same day. Since it was Saturday and close to closing (they couldn’t finish the NY inspection), they went the extra mile and loaned me a brand-new Subaru Crosstrek to drive until Monday when my car was ready. Finance manager Yuri Miyakawa handled the paperwork smoothly, got me a great rate, and made everything straightforward. Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

I was recommended by a friend to come to NJstateauto as they work with lower credit in the 500s and with low down-payment too seeing that I was struggling financially because of family issues and only had 500 to put down. Since I had been declined in other dealerships I was ok with getting an older vehicle to get by for now like a 2013 for under 7k but never was I expecting to drive out with a 2018 Honda! Nour my Salesman helped me out with the entire process and set me up with a payment plan with his manager and also helped me all the way even with insurance! Definitely ask for him and give NJstateauto a shot. It's worth it.
2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia review

2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Miller has a mind blowing inventory and were super friendly and took great care of us. Would return to Miller and Ismail without hesitation. Thanks!

2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I bought my Alpha Romeo Giulia about 2 weeks ago. I have never sat in or driven one before. I went for a test drive and fell in love. I have owned many fast cars, BMW M4, X7 with twin turbo 8s, Audi's etc. This car takes me back to the old school BMW for the pure driver minus all the extra you pay for the fancy interior LED and tech screens. I needed a good commuter car with good mileage as my SUV gives me 15mpg combined. The Alpha is a great commuter but so much more! It gives 33mph pure highway, I get 27 combined. It's a fast and powerful turbo 4. But the car is light with a carbon fiber drivetrain, it is light and nimble and so much fun to drive. The styling and wheel package on the Veloce trim is stunning. I get many looks and compliments and many wonder what it is. It's a beautiful look with great driving dynamics, and ride is firm but comfortable. It is not as hard as a BMW where you feel every pebble on the road, but tight to the ground with low center of gravity. My other friend loved it so much when we took it for a drive and traded in his 2016 BMW 5 series with the M package. He traded in his twin turbo 8 for the the Giulia and loves the drive. Reminds me of my first BMW in 2009, pure joy. I highly recommend it, especially for the price. Alpha Romeo is not that well known and cannot demand the prices of BMW and Mercedes. I would lease as most European cars lose resale value. Positives are the sporty look and drive quality, sexy wheels and amazing engine and efficiency. Paddle shifters, cargo room in trunk and useable back seat. Negatives are they are a bit behind in tech in terms of Android Auto and Apple car play. It is wired, not wireless, but you can buy a carline device on amazon for 80 bucks to fix that issue. Otherwise, great.

2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?
