I bought my car in one day from a great salesman named Richard. He was professional, kind, and he came to pick me up at my home in the rain that took him almost an hour! Who does that?! Richard, that's who. On the way to Gulf Coast Brokers, we both realized there was something wrong with the rear tires. He told me whatever the car needed they would take care of it. Well, today they gave me 4 brand new Firestone tires. My 2014 Toyota Rav4 rides like a 2022! The Manager Marcin was also kind and professional. He replaced the air filter that's in the glove compartment, no charge to me. I can't say more about these people who know how to treat customers. Whatever you buy will be priced fairly. After Patiently waiting for the right deal to come along after 2 months. I was lucky to find 101Motors and my new maxima SR the car was in excellent condition and after taking it for a test drive we told Tony let’s not waste time and get this deal done. We were done with the deal in 20 minutes then Tony took the time to give me a tour of the facility and I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the showroom and work areas. After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

Am I happy with both sales & service ... well I think you know the answer; but let me reiterate ... Being an A-Type personality (oh my gosh) ... yes I do like some order in my life. Since 2013 I've seen quite a number of changes in Raceway's management / rules / regulations. The service department specializes in giving their clients good news & bad news ... LOL, however, has been fair in keeping their clients SAFE on the road. My current service was a "shock" (again LOL) when I actually had to replace my rear shocks ... the staff Anthony / Kate / Chris / mechanics / & car washers ... made the rear shocks replacement along with (what I initially went in for (oil change & tire rotation) another great experience with their Service ... Don't forget to sign-up for their REWARDS Program ... to save on any upcoming expenses ... You actually get 3% rewards $ for the repair invoice expense ... Enjoy the 2025 summer!

Anything good or bad you can ever think of have happened to on this car, max speed 90 downhill, fuel efficiency, 5~9city 11~13high way, I've put a bumper sticker that says, move over or I move you over, fun was limitless, compromise was unacceptable. While I think its worth it.
