I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Steve is amazing, simply amazing. He brought the cars to us so we could try them at home (hard to carve time to test drive with two young kids). He also guided us through the entire process to make sure we were getting what we wanted and could afford. Refreshing in the car buying process.

The North Hills Auto mall team did a wonderful job by finding my family and i the vehicle we were really looking for and that was in the price range. We had a certain range we wanted to stay in and they got straight to the point when we arrived. They helped my family and i find the perfect fit that accommodated our needs. The sales people are truly professional and really care about your needs in a vehicle. Everybody there was great and if your looking for your next vehicle definitely don't waste your time anywhere else where they wont attend to your needs and waste your own time. We were looking for over a month and everywhere else they pressured us and didn't have anything that even came close to this dealership. Found the best vehicle for the best price. Can’t say enough about the guys at LW Automotive. Was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had and I have been known to buy a lot of cars. I purchased a specialty car from these guys and they were not pushy at all. It was a vehicle I saw driving past the lot. I stopped by a total of 4 times. Jeff did not seem to care one bit. I was not planning on buying the car but the last time I stopped Jeff told me a price that I could not pass up. Later on that day I had the wife take me up to pick it up. The car I purchased was a 1965 ac cobra kit. I always wanted one but never planned on buying. The overall dealings with Jeff and the fair price was why I purchased it. They were not pushy at all. This is what the car business should be like. Hope there are more places like lw auto. I will be back again for another car. Thanks guy RickJ65ac
This was the most painless and easy car buying experience I’ve ever been through. I went in and asked to see the car. Jeff walked me through it and answered all the questions I had. When it came down to the negotiating that was the easiest part. They worked with me when most other dealers just denied me. They even went out of their way to make sure I got a better finance deal then what was originally given to me. Overall this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I am extremely happy with the whole process and even more happy with my new Jeep. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car with bad credit or great credit. You will not be disappointed when it comes to dealing with LW automive. 10/10 stars
