Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I spoke to salesman Bryce Guernsey and found it was still available. We worked out the term of a deal that was acceptable to both parties over the phone.
