The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Audi Orland Park review
Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! The team at MINI in Tinley was so nice and very accommodating! Connor was great to deal with. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the MINI for me.

The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealer in all phases of the process to exchange my car. Aleksandar was available and patient to help me figure out the model that I wanted, to look exactly for a vehicle with the characteristics I wanted, to discuss the $ numbers, and following up days after I was already enjoying the Audi. It was also easy to interact and decide about services with the help of Gianfranco. I’m very happy for having chosen Audi Westmont.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Brian Balinski at the Audi dealership, and I must say, his level of customer service exceeded all expectations. Despite the dealership being busy, he made me feel like I was his top priority. Brian's knowledge of Audi vehicles was truly impressive. He patiently listened to my questions and concerns, providing thorough and informative answers. It was evident that he was not only passionate about the brand but also dedicated to ensuring customers like myself make informed decisions. What truly stood out about Brian was his attention to detail. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through various options and features tailored to my preferences. His patience and willingness to address every query instilled a sense of confidence in me throughout the entire process. Moreover, Brian's professionalism was exemplary. He maintained clear communication at every stage, keeping me informed about the progress of my service and promptly addressing any issues that arose. His proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Beyond his technical expertise, Brian's interpersonal skills were exceptional. 2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
