Audi Las Vegas review
Took in my 2021 Q5 for oil change. Noticed a 2025 Q5 for sale on dealer floor. Notived that it was low mileage. Spotless Shape. Came in the next with intent to purchase that car after some online research. Purchased through Autonation. No haggle, price was the price and it was the lowest listed anywhere for a certified pre owned Quick and easy. The only wrinkle was their trade in offer for my 2021 Q5 came in low. I had a quote already from Carvana that was significantly higher. Bought the new Q5 directly and sold my older Q5 ton caravan for significantly more. Other than that, good sales and finance and quick process.

I purchased a car from Napleton River Oak Honda. I was so very happy and pleased fron start to finish. Thank you so much Jeffrey Parham for selling me the perfect car that fits my personality. I couldn't be happier. Jeffrey Parham understood the assignment!

Audi Henderson review
We recently relocated to Las Vegas and visited a few dealerships before stopping at Audi Henderson to find a pre-owned car. Austin approached us casually, with knowledge about all models of Audi. He effortlessly helped us through the selection process, then negotiated what we felt was a fair deal. Jason then provided a streamlined experience for the warranties and financials. Thanks Austin and Jason! We had a great experience at Audi Henderson.

Audi Las Vegas review
Kambiz (KAZ) Marvi #1 pick for a Audi Brand Specialist with no pressure salesman at Audi Las Vegas! The whole team at Audi Las Vegas was simply outstanding! 5/5 star diamond experience. From being welcomed by the general manager Darin Hegney personally to KAZ to Arlen - they really went out of there way to make my purchase exceptional. Even the next day I received a call from Anthony Howard their Audi technical advisor congratulating us and wanting to make sure we contacted him with ANY questions about the vehicle and how to navigate through all the tech. I have purchased a LOT of vehicles at 60 years old and Audi along with other dealerships should look at how Darin Hegney runs a business - top notch.

2010 Audi A5 review
This Audi A5 meets all my present needs for a daily driver. Historically the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine had a poor reliability rating. However I have had all the parts likely to cause engine failure replaced with the newest parts designed thereby making this one highly reliable. In 2018 it was repainted by the Audi dealer and looks new ...

I truly appreciate the friendly and personal atmosphere. Rick and everyone were so affable and I look forward to doing business with them. There are a couple kinks I want them to address with my purchase but I am confident that they will address it in all fairness. They are all great people and treat you like something more than a customer. Thanks all of you
2012 Audi A5 review
I have owned my Audi 2012 A5 convertible for 7 years and counting. The single reviewer who gave it one star must have some hidden agenda? It drives like a dream with the quatro function, the seats are the most comfortable I've experienced, and the aesthetics inside and particularly outside slays. Have to admit the Audi service people are pretty slack, but this cannot change the awesomeness of the car itself. I'm formerly an owner / driver of Mercedes cars. Finally, I have seen several sites claiming the 2012 version will be classified as a classic and will be sought after in the future. All good news!

On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Was so worried that they’d drag negotiations forever like at other dealerships. They made it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend to others.
2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

If you’re in the market for an Audi, do not hesitate to see the folks at Audi Henderson! The entire team is great, but the real star is Austin! I’ve worked with him twice now and he is my go-to salesguy. From being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to extremely efficient, he is simply the best. He made sure the whole process of getting a new vehicle was fast and fun too. He was extremely patient as I made up my mind between 2 completely different models, and was very helpful in guiding me to the correct choice. I couldn’t be happier with both my car and my experience with Austin! When I’m ready to make the switch again in the future, I’m sure Austin will again excel in helping me get the car I want!

Walter’s Audi is great!! Romen Artalejo helped me every step of the way and was very thorough in explaining the perks of the car and the entire financing process. I came in a few days before Christmas and needed more time to think about the purchase, Romen was understanding and supportive about my need to wait. When I came back the day after Christmas Romen was readily available again to help me get the car of my dreams. He is very courteous and professional, making the whole process seamless! Definitely purchasing my next Audi from Walter’s again!

Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.

If you are planning to contact the sales team of Walter's Audi and you need to pick a guy to work with choose Romen Artalejo. He will assist you in every way he can, he is sincere, polite, honest, very communicative and will work with you to make it happen. As an out of state buyer I recently bought an high end car from this dealership and Romen did a 5 star job and I am very pleased and highly recommend him as your salesmen at Walter's Audi

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
