We drove hundreds of miles to Las Vegas to conclude the deal. Every single communication and price/delivery discussion with Del, the salesperson, was absolute perfection. He was personable, professional and deeply concerned with our total satisfaction with the entire process! Additionally, Justin-- the financial services director-- was equally amazing while processing the purchasing paperwork, including a complex out-of-state registration process for the car. Simply put, the entire experience was outstanding as a result of the superior efforts of both Del and Justin. Simply put, in our fifty-plus years of car buying, Del's efforts were the best we have ever experienced. Additionally, Justin completed a fantastic and enjoyable car buying experience. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself.
