I recently purchased a GMC Yukon Denali from Car Carnival in Victoria, Texas, and had a great experience working with Aamir and Zach. Aamir was my salesperson, and Zach coordinated the vehicle transport. From start to finish, their level of service and responsiveness was exemplary. They always returned my calls, answered my questions clearly, and were extremely friendly and professional throughout the process. Honestly, they were so responsive and easy to work with that I initially thought it might be too good to be true — I’m just not used to that level of customer service when buying a vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, the check engine light was on. I took it to my local dealership and found out the battery cable simply wasn’t tightened properly. Once that was corrected, the issue was resolved immediately. There was also some minor paint wear, which is expected when purchasing a five-year-old vehicle, and I plan to take care of that myself. Overall, this was a fantastic buying experience. I appreciate the professionalism, communication, and follow-through from Amir and Zach, and I would absolutely recommend Car Carnival to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

This car is a stealth rocket ship, masquerading in sublime luxury! Sheer elegance in its form and function, the turbo charger hardly needs to spool up and you can blast up a highway on-ramp or pass another vehicle as though they are parked. As others have noted, the massaging seats for driver and passenger are sublime for longer drives or at the end of a long workday. Luxurious, yet understated elegant interior with first-quality materials and — though now a decade old as I write this review — still market-leading German technology throughout, every bell and whistle you could even hope for now in 2024 tech. 750 mile range on one tank of diesel fuel … let’s face it, if VW / Audi had not tried to ‘fix the deck’ by messing with diesel emission testing, a diesel engine is far superior to any hybrid or electric engine. This is by far the nicest looking and best-performing car I’ve ever owned in 50+ years of driving. I still own my A8L TDI, have (only) 115K miles on it, and plan to drive it 250K+ it is that sustainably awesome!

Automay is by far the best used car dealership I have seen/worked with in Oklahoma! They have an extremely impressive assortment of vehicles. Examples of such include Porsche, Audi, Tesla, Mercedes, etc. I also want to emphasize that they definitely have the best EV selection in town. This place was absolutely wonderful. Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in great condition for a good price. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. The manager even drove us to the bank because we didn’t have a car, very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. Can’t account for the negative reviews, but I definitely recommend these guys.
