I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 Turbo Signature SUV from Tom Roush Mazda in Westfield. After a month of research and test driving SUVs, this vehicle was everything I was looking for, a safe, reliable, comfortable and sporty vehicle. I worked with Brent mostly, Lee and Shawn. After my battery failed and AAA came and charged it, I drove straight to Indy Honda. When I arrived, Kevin was there. He has been my go to for a number of years. He introduced me to Logan, and arranged for a driver to take me home. Joe was my driver very nice. The following day Kevin was using a vacation day. Logan, such a nice person, phoned me several times and kept me updated, which I appreciated. When the work on my van was completed, Logan arranged for Ed to come and get me. Ed was very nice. When I arrived at Indy Honda, Logan was there to help me. After I paid my bill, Logan pulled my van around for me. I can?t express how nice everyone was!!! What could have been very stressful for a 80 year old widow turned out to be a very good experience.

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

Great customer service received this week at Tom Wood VW in Noblesville. The online scheduling process was quick and easy and I wss sble to utilize a current service oil change special. Service rep Steve McGuire was as courteous and caring during our interaction and the service was efficient and included a complimentary car wash. I will return to Tom Wood VW again fir my next VW service!

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I bought first car here a year ago and came back to get a ca for my son. Both times were such a great experience and they gave me wonderful advice to help pick the perfect ride. 2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Not only a very good little SUV but it's just what I need at this time. I love the engine/transmission and road-holding. The ride is sporty with plenty of feedback from the road. The trunk is a bit on the small side but with the rear seatbacks down it's OK for my needs. I also love the combination exterior/interior - Florentine silver/chestnut leather - I think i am the only car like this in my hometown.

The 2020 Q3 is a pleasure to drive and has so many technological innovations. It is a pretty small SUV with smallish backseat and cargo space but it’s very spacious upfront.

Sales men were real helpful with the knowledge of what I need to do and will be going back to visit soon , now that I know what I need... I rate them a 10 out of 20 for very professional.

Great. Has a GPS and rear view camera. Love the handling and safety features. Drove Volvo's since 1972 and finally “upgraded” after I saw what awful changes were made to Volvo by the buyer in America. May go back when I see how they develop EV!

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

Drives easy, Smooth ride. Love the sun roof! I feel 20 years younger when driving the Audi. Has many many features. I haven't learned all it can do yet but I will.
