I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

WOW! What a great experience! Started off a bit shaky, but everything turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences! I have worked at several Dealerships in the Metro area and have never gotten this kind of service even as an employee! Paul, the finance manager was top notch! I explained what I needed and he went over and above to make sure I was given a fair deal. He did everything in his power to make it happen. I purchased a used Equinox. Within the first week, I noticed an oil leak. Without hesitation, it was taken care of. Not only was it fixed the same day, Paul made sure I was given a loaner to get things done while my car was being serviced. Rona in the service department was very friendly, professional and on top of things! Each time I came to the dealership, I was greeted with a smile from everyone. They even remembered me! OUTSTANDING customer service!

What a great experience! After getting literally exhausted new car shopping, I came upon AutoHaus and found a pre-owned Audi in beautiful condition for a bargain price. That would be enough, but the friendly manner in which the deal was concluded put me and my wife over the top. No high-pressure selling, just a fair and honest transaction. Not only a very good little SUV but it's just what I need at this time. I love the engine/transmission and road-holding. The ride is sporty with plenty of feedback from the road. The trunk is a bit on the small side but with the rear seatbacks down it's OK for my needs. I also love the combination exterior/interior - Florentine silver/chestnut leather - I think i am the only car like this in my hometown.
