2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I love my Q4 E-tron Sportback! So far I’ve had zero issues with the car. Also the range is better than advertised. I got 300 miles on a charge, during a road trip from SC to FL.

The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. We were given advice and mentored throughout the entire process, in our first big purchase, never once feeling overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or unheard. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. He went above and beyond for us, and made this a very positive experience. From our test drive all the way to driving home in our new Car (but first Inn in out burger), Bill provided Excellent service, and even insisted on providing further service after point of sale. We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. We could tell he genuinely wanted to help us. We don't plan on buying a car again anytime soon, but when we do, we are going with Audi Rocklin, you won't regret it either, go to this Dealership.

The communication and abundance of care that the service department displays is out of this world. I’ve actually never experienced such great service before with any other auto service ! Not only do they take care of two primary recalls on my B8 Audi S5, they went above and beyond by servicing some areas of the vehicle that my scan tool had not picked up before I brought in the vehicle. They did this free of charge. Because of this thoroughness, I will be back for services when my vehicle is in need of a repair that I cannot do myself. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.

Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.
