Absolutely amazing experience!!! For starters I had a very late appt (6pm they close @7) to accommodate my work schedule & Went in there with questions that were patiently answered with help & reassurance, but also walked out of there was an absolutely amazing vehicle. Not 1 time did I feel rushed or pushed for time either. I am truly thankful for all of Jose & Brandon's experience and help. I typically try an avoid car lots because in a lot of cases you have people that just come out and make the whole experience feel like "lets make a sale" but not here. It is my second Audi Q5 car. I never had a problem with Audi. Great for a big family. Very comfortable seats and also fast.

2015 Audi Q5 review
Excellent car. I got the Diesel model and the mpg is the best I have seen in this category. For an all wheel drive vehicle that can tow 4400 pounds and weight over 4k, I don't think there is any auto that can beat the efficiency of it.

2015 Audi Q5 review
Love my Audi Q5!! It’s the Best car I have ever owned. Great on highways with a ultra smooth ride. Great gas mileage and love love the interior. Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. It’s a forever car!!

I was 100% pleased. I was looking for a certain Mercedes auto and I knew I may have to look nationwide and make a purchase without visiting the dealer. I found the car here and a few other places. I messaged the Bellingham location and I received a response promptly. I interacted with Drew who was very professional and personable. First of all everything in the ad was exactly truthful and correct. The automobile was pristine and well serviced. The car fax was accurate as I double checked it through another source. The sales team was reasonable with me negotiating the sale price and we quickly can to an agreement. I had trouble personally arranging for transportation of the vehicle because it was so very far away from me. Drew offered to arrange transportation for the vehicle. I had some issues with one of the terms of the arrangement but Drew was able to understand and accommodate my concern. All the paperwork was completed expeditiously and thoroughly. Throughout the whole process communication was timely, pleasant and efficient. When I received the automobile I was totally satisfied and pleased.
