Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.
A year ago we bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Stu and are totally satisfied with the purchase and performance. Our son is relocating back to Seattle and no longer needs the Jeep Wrangler. After trying to sell instantly to a couple of dealers listed online, we soon discovered their instant cash offer was a ploy. These dealers upon inspection used every tactic to justify a low ball sell value. What a frustrating disappointment!
We contacted Stu to see if he would offer to buy back the jeep. He provided an offer based upon the Jeep being in the same condition as when we purchased it from him. We accepted Stu’s offer, and we were very pleased the transaction was hassle free. The entire experience was again another great experience. We highly recommend buying from and/or selling to Auto Connections in Bellevue. Stu is awesome to deal with!
I cannot recommend Auto Connections highly enough. I purchased a car from Frank a few weeks ago. Days after purchasing it, the car started leaking gas. Although I had purchased the vehicle "as is," Frank had it towed to their mechanic and fixed. I showed up a few days later and was handed the keys. Frank is incredibly honest and cares about providing a quality product to his customers. He is professional, puts relationships first, and is stress-free with negotiations. Frank puts his name behind the cars he sells and I am so grateful that I was able to work with a person who lives so authentically. If I need to purchase a car in the future, I would not hesitate to return to Auto Connections.
Loved working with Stu. We were very pleased purchasing a used jeep. Stu even made it painless to ship the jeep to our son who lives out of state by arranging the pickup by a transporter. We will be back.

We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. He never pushed us to look at any more expensive vehicles we didn't want like most used car salesmen do. Mike in finance was awesome to work with as well. He made the whole process extremely easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
Sally is lovely, but this is the second time they have forgotten to wash and vacuum my car when it was in for service. It may seem trite, but in this rainy cold northwest weather, I DO NOT want to be out washing and vacuuming my car this time of the year. They had my car from 8am one day until noon the next day. When I noticed it wasn't vacuumed, she asked if I wanted to wait for it to be done. I DO NOT always have time in my schedule to wait around for things like this to be done. Please do it during the 28 hours that you had the car. When I bought a Range Rover and paid Range Rover prices, I expected the service to be near perfection. When I arrived home, I also noticed that it hadn't been washed. Very disappointed.
Found the car I was looking for with no hassle from sales personnel. Buying process was easy ( shout out to Danali financing ). Surprising that friends knew about them and had good things to say about them.
These guys are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I don't get the other low reviews here. They usually have very hard to find vehicles with top notch options, solid carfax history, well taken care of and are consistently marked at a great price. They know their vehicles and they know why a certain model might cost a bit more than others. If you don't educate yourself on what the market dictates for these types of rides I suggest you do some research. Every single person I've referred to them has had a great experience whether they purchased or not. I will be coming back to them because I know they 'll find me exactly what I'm looking for in a top spec euro.
I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
