Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.
2020 Audi Q5 review
Still in the honeymoon stage. Just leased and absolutely love it. Gas mileage is amazing. Interior space is great and my husband likes to drive it as well. Thumbs up

2020 Audi Q5 review
The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.
