Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc.Reviews
Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc. review
We buy a new vehicle for personal or business use about once a year. We usually go to the big dealerships but happened to find a vehicle at this location. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. Not only was JR friendly and helpful, but he was the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with a dealership. Without me even asking, he pointed out the finance charges and what would be the total amount of interest paid if we went the term of the loan. No other sales person has ever done that, because they don’t want you to see how much money you’re paying in interest. Although I was well aware of what the interest amount would be, I didn’t expect to hear it from my sales person, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they weren’t trying to hide anything. I searched from Cleveland to canton and they had the best price by far on my vehicle. We will definitely be checking here first for every vehicle purchase in the future!

The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

Prestige CadillacReviews
Prestige Cadillac review
This review relates to Prestige Cadillac and my salesman, Mr. Henry Flakes, Jr. I made a previous Cadillac purchase from Mr. Flakes before and it was his past service which was one of the deciding factors why I choose Prestige for my second Cadillac purchase. His apparent concern for my needs and willingness to work with me as well as his enthusiasm for the product was a major factor for the purchase. If you need a Cadillac, see Henry at Prestige and tell him I sent you. Alan C. Young

Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. I would Definitely Recommend Henry Flakes for a great SALESMAN along with the whole team
