Frank was great! We were getting ready to move to the area when we started our car search, and he found us the exact combination we wanted - in the timeframe that we needed. He was easy going, upfront, not pushy, and helped understand our needs before making recommendations. It’s increasingly rare to find good service, so we appreciated Frank and the entire team in helping us get the best car for us quickly and at a great price.

Wellesley Volkswagen review
If you are in the market for a VW, go see Jens at the Wellesley location. He is highly knowledgeable of the models, knows the background behind each of the certified pre-owned vehicles he showed me, and has a low pressure approach to sales. His passion for VW was clear from the first discussion - it is the only brand of car he has ever driven. Seamless purchase process for my daughter’s first car.

Mastria Volkswagen of RaynhamReviews
Mastria Volkswagen of Raynham review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Derek Welch at Mastria Volkswagen. I recently leased a Volkswagen Atlas from Derek, and he made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. Derek is exactly what you hope to find in a salesperson—knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure you’re happy with your purchase. There was never any pressure or feeling of being rushed. He answered all of my questions, made the process incredibly easy, and took the time to make sure I felt completely comfortable and confident in my new Atlas. What impressed me most was how genuine Derek was. He made the experience feel less like a typical car sale and more like working with someone who truly cared about earning my business and making sure I left happy. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find, and it deserves to be recognized. I absolutely love my Volkswagen Atlas, and Derek is a huge reason why this was such a positive experience. If you’re shopping for a Volkswagen at Mastria Volkswagen, do yourself a favor and ask for Derek Welch by name. I would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation, and I would absolutely buy/lease another vehicle from him in the future. Derek, thank you for making this such a great experience. You’ve earned a customer who will happily send others your way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AutoMax Preowned Framingham review
Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

It was a bit rocky in the beginning, but we've had to take our Tesla in and out of the shop since we received it. However, "JOHN" in the service department has been amazing so far! We're currently waiting on a tire and wheel alignment once we get the car back from Tesla. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation! They are dedicated, compassionate, and provide excellent customer service!
