Very Positive experience. Buying process could have been a little quicker but they also had to evaluate me trade. Ask for Dee Burns. I really enjoyed my experience working with him.

This is already the second car I'm buying from them. The guys know their job and do it one hundred percent. Good luck with your sales, guys.
2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Audi Sugar Land review
I had an outstanding experience working with Logan Daniel at Audi Sugar Land. From the moment I walked in, Logan went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options available. What truly stood out was how he exceeded my expectations at every step—answering all my questions, being transparent, and making sure I felt confident about my purchase. He genuinely cared about delivering a great customer experience rather than just making a sale. If you’re looking to buy an Audi and want someone who will go the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Logan. Thank you for making the experience exceptional! 🚗✨

I had an exceptional experience at Audi West Houston! From start to finish, Michael, my Audi brand specialist, made the process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Grant in finance was just as fantastic?clear, efficient, and so easy to work with. He walked me through every step of the paperwork with transparency and made the entire process stress-free. Thanks to Michael and Grant, I drove away in my new Audi feeling confident and excited about my purchase. If you?re looking for an amazing car-buying experience, I can?t recommend Audi West Houston enough!
2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

While I'm a little tardy on sharing my buying experience at Mac Haik, I can tell you I'm very happy with every aspect of it. Purchased/ordered a new Ford truck over the phone, dealt with Lawrence Gallegos at Mac Haik, easy to work with. Provided me with a great deal, great customer service and made sure everything was exactly as we talked about, even making sure the delivery was accomplished very professionally which included arranging transportation. Many thanks to Mac Haik and Lawrence for making my purchase a pleasure. Highly recommend this dealership

Shawn's Motor Credit review
Gave me a fair deal on my trade in. Worked hard to get me a good interest rate and also made the process fast and easy. Best experience dealing with a car dealership I’ve ever had!
2022 Audi Q5 review
I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

2021 Audi Q5 review
The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

I had a great experience working with my salesman, Matt! He was very nice, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and not stressful at all. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, he was still very patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. I really appreciated his time and help, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.

Carma Auto Group had my favorite car a CL 500 Mercedes with very low miles. They were a great team in helping me get the car. I’m very thankful it’s a beautiful clean car.

Big thanks to Prince Ali for his expert help and to General Manager Ben Amini. They were both professional, helpful and the car is wonderful. I will recommend to others!
2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
